Nancy Batchelor has been a full time Realtor since 2002 with Esslinger Wooten & Maxwell working out of the Miami Beach & Coral Gables offices. First licensed in her native state of Wisconsin, Nancy holds both a Florida Realtor-Associate license & a Colorado broker?s license.

She moved to Miami Beach in 1984 & founded Florida Yacht Charters & Sales on Biscayne Bay. She became a licensed yacht broker as well as a Realtor & had a dual career selling yachts & homes on referral.

From July 1999 until June 2001, Nancy & her family lived in Aspen, Colorado, where Nancy sold real estate for Carol Dopkin Real Estate, the leading broker for high-end properties in Aspen. While in Aspen she enjoyed the Rocky Mountain lifestyle and serving on the boards of the Aspen Historical Society, The Early Learning Center and the Aspen Camp for the Deaf. Nancy specialized in selling vacation homes, business opportunities and ranches.

Jon has a career in aircraft leasing & is Executive Vice President of the Batchelor Foundation. When not marketing properties for EWM, Nancy rides her show jumpers, Euphoria & River, & competes in equestrian events.

Nancy has involved herself in the Miami community. She is currently on the gifting committee of the Batchelor Foundation, a Trustee of Jackson Memorial Hospital Foundation, past board member of The Cushman School, past Executive Committee of Junior Cotillion of Miami, on The University of Miami Leadership Council, 2009 Woman Of Substance and Style for the Buoniconti Fund, on the President's Council of Easter Seals Miami-Dade, Co-Chair of Hearing & Speech Center, Committee Chair of American Cancer Society's Cattle Barrons Ball & was the 2006 Queen of Hearts and 2009 co chair of Hug and Kisses fashion show family fun day for the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation, trustee Fairchild Gardens, one of the 2009 miracle makers for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and founding members at La Gorce Country Club.

Nancy is a Chairman's Club member with EWM, which means she's in the top 2% percent (Diamond Level) in sales nationwide. A member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
