Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Hilton Head Island, SC.
My situation was difficult due to my husbands health issue. I'm overjoyed that the house was sold in a reasonable time and didn't have to have that hanging over me. It was a stressful time in my life because I moved from state but to a better place, with my family.
Robin and Hal were a blessing at a time that I needed to be "pushed" into doing what had to be done.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Miami, FL.
HALelujah! We finally found a competent real estate agent in Miami. After dealing with agents who don't call you back, show up consistently late for appointments and who aren't knowledgeable about real estate it was a pleasure meeting Hal. He has an extensive knowledge of real estate from home repairs to contracts. He is easy to get in touch with and is always willing to work around your schedule to find time to show you a home. If you want to buy a home in Miami look no further. You've found the right man for the job.

I am so glad they found a great house and even more happy they took the time to say a few nice things about me.

Sold a home in 2012.
Hal is our go-to guy for residential real estate. He earned this reputation last year when we wanted to sell our condo and he suggested we rent it while the market recovered. That plan worked perfectly. He quickly found a tenant and we made good profit for a year. This year, we put it back on the market for sale and within ONE DAY Hal had multiple offers. His marketing was aggressive and his pricing strategy was spot on. We sold AT LIST PRICE. We recommend you check out Hal if you want local knowledge and excellent real estate service.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Palmetto Bay, FL.
Hal was the seller's realtor for the house that my husband and I bought. Although he did not represent us, he was responsive and attentive to our needs as well as those of the sellers. Hal treated us professionally and fairly throughout the process. The transaction was completed quickly (in less than 60 days) and without any issues or surprises. If you're looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, professional realtor to represent you in buying and/or selling a home, I highly recommend Hal.

Sold a home in 2012.
Hal was the listing agent for my mother's condo. He immediately found 2 interested buyers with his excellent marketing skills. Having more than one interested party is always good for the seller, and he made it paid off for us. The condo was sold in 3 days for just over asking! He protected our interests through intricacies with the condo association rules, when the buyer requested changes, and even on the day of closing when issues arose. He kept in touch with us, the selling agent, the buyer and the title company through all the deadlines and averted possible problems. We recommend him without reservation.

Hal is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with, He is professional, courteous, asks you and understands your home requirments and needs and has always gone the extra mile for me. Sold a home in 2010.
I'm an Air Force pilot and I travel a lot so it was really important that I have a Realtor that I can totally trust to get the job done. Hal sold my house in one of the worst realestate markets in Miami's history. He knows how to put an expert team together from the bank to the title company. I've sent him several other military families and he has made everyone really happy. He's a professional's pro, trust him and he will make you happy also.

I had the pleasure of working with Hal on my purchase of home via short sale in 2011. Hal was very helpful during my search for the right home. We formulated a plan for our search and narrowed down areas and specific types of houses I was looking for. Hal was also very helpful and knowledgeable when analyzing the value of a home and whether a home was right for me.
