Sold a home in 2014 in Hidden Oaks Estates, Unit II, TX 78261.
Michah explained at the start that raw land typically takes much longer than a home sale. He was certainly right about that, but he took the bull by the horns and got the property sold in the anticipated time frame. He's very personable, accommodating and easy to work with.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $875K in Canyon Lake, TX.
My experience with Micah Harper during the sale of my home was nothing less than professional. It began with professional photos, accompanied with a very detailed write up as part of the listing. Advertising in area newspapers created continuous showings until the sale of my home in a period of 4 months, which was outside the typical selling window. I would recommend Micah Harper as a real estate agent to list and sell my home or property.
Micah is a skilled advocate and an effective representative. He brings experience, expertise, and hustle to every assignment. I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Harper for help with future real estate transactions.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Alamo Farmsteads-Babcock Road, San Antonio, TX.
We couldn't expect a better buyer's agent than Micah. We found him on Zillow after reading his reviews and the comments were absolutely right. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave the best answers to every question we had (location, contruction materials, landscape, etc).
He had eyes to observe the details that we didn't see and offered his honest opinions. He had a great sense of humer when commenting about the houses. He never rushed us to make a decision. It was very fun and easy to go house-hunting with him.
After we got into a contract, Micah had the best resouces for home inspection so we knew everything that needed attention in our home. With the inspection Micah helped us negotiate with the seller to get money back to take care of all the little problems.
His background as an atterney was very helpful in the process of negotiating and closing. It was great to have him on our side!

Micah was a great realtor. Our house sold after being on the market for one weekend. We had 5 offers and were able to pick and choose who would be the best buyer. He handled the negotiation process with ease and was very professional. From start to finish the process was seamless.

Micah Harper is the utmost professional. I can say without equivocation he was the best realtor we ever used. We were relocating from New York to the San Antonio area. I can’t begin to tell you all the things Micah did for us. Since I flew back to NY immediately after the closing there were things I couldn’t do. Micah had a locksmith come, cleaning person, attended to our pool and many, many other above duty items. He even drove me back to the airport. His easy going, calm demeanor coupled with his knowledge suits him extremely well to his profession. He was not loathe to point out negative factors on properties which I found refreshing in a realtor. I ran into a few hiccups regarding a variance I needed and if it wasn’t for Micah this sale wouldn’t have gone through. He did the work that the sellers realtor should have done yet never mentioned anything. He took it upon himself to get everything in order.
Micah’s background as an Attorney was extremely helpful in this transaction. I was actually using another realtor via the internet while in NY. She was very pushy and insisted I sign papers to use her as my agent. Needless to say I had to find another realtor. I then checked each realtors background very closely (something I should have done the first time) and then chose Micah.
My wife and I plan to use Micah again in purchasing a rental property. He is a huge credit to the real estate profession. If you want the best use Micah Harper.
BTW, Cathie, Kerri, and Kylie all agree your the BEST.
