Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Windcrest, TX.

Our experience with Micah Harper has been excellent and we would recommend him to anyone who is either buying or selling a home. For us, Micah sold our old home and helped us find our new home. Micah was not only responsive to our request, but also very intent in finding us the perfect home, almost as if he was moving in too. He pays very close attention to details, often pointing out things we may have otherwise overlooked. If you are looking for the highest in professionalism with a personal touch look no further, call Micah.

Micah is simply outstanding. He brings a unique and robust set of skills. His knowledge of the business, his intelligence and service mentaility is above the charts. He is not your traditional real estate agent; he is an extraordinary business man with legal background and exceptional business intelligence. He masters demographics, has superb negotiation skills and exudes tremendous sense of urgency. In summary, no other real estate firm comes even remotely close to Micah.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in College Park, San Antonio, TX.

Micah patiently let me explore and view many houses until I found my dream house. But the house came with the most disgruntled and cantankerous sellers that I ever encountered in all my 68 year. They dug their heels in on ever situation we had to negotiate and delayed the timeliness of all procedures. I agreed to their selling price and asked for no money for the house inspector's recommended "fixes" etc. They refused to sign documents in a timely manner and attempted to back out of the contract on several occasions. When the Termite inspector recommended two "fixes", they denied the repairman access to the outside property which potentially delayed the closing date. Through all these antics and having to work with an especially obnoxious (and possibly unethical seller-realtor), Micah had to negotiate and lobby for my cause almost daily for two months. He had staying power and held firm-since I really wanted to purchase this particular house (close to my son). Not only does he know the market and know how to make good use of your house-viewing time, he is a wonderful human being. he cares about getting his clients exactly what they want and does what is needed to accomplish that. He is truly the best of the best!

I love this review! Sometimes the road isn't as smooth as we would like, but we got there and I'm really glad that you love the home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in The Fountains at Deerfield, San Antonio, TX.

We had an excellent experience with Micah Harper. We live abroad and Micah was very helpful in finding properties for our consideration and making our visits very productive. His knowledge of the area and market is extensive and we felt he saved us time and money, and completely understood our needs as non-resident buyers. Once we settled on a property, Micah managed everything for us so we could finalize the purchase (including the purchase of some personal property as well) without having to return to the US. Our experience with Micah was so favorable, we hired his property management company to manage our property after the purchase. Overall an excellent experience.

Sold a home in 2012.

We had our business office building listed on the market for about five plus months with a different broker, with little progress. We were then introduced to Mr. Harper. We switched the listing to him. Let me say this as succinctly as possible -- he kicked butt and got the job done to my complete satisfaction. Period. End of story.

I loved the opportunity to work with you and your wife and I'm glad we got it sold quickly for you. I read your book, can't wait for the sequel!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in San Antonio, TX.

My situation was a rather unique one. I was acting as a Power of Attorney for a friend of mine who was active duty military stationed in Afghanistan. After his deployment, he is to be stationed at Fort Sam Houston, so he wanted me to help him purchase a small home near the base.

Luckily I was put in contact with Micah to assist me in doing just that.

The purchase amount of the home was small. The commission level was small as well; however, Micah worked with me as though we were buying a million dollar home. His knowledge of the San Antonio market was extensive and he took all the time that I needed to be certain that both my army buddy and I were very satisfied with the transaction.

Five stars all the way around!

Another opportunity to take on a challenge and I enjoyed it. Thank you for letting me help you with the purchase, and thank your friend for his service to our country. We owe our Veterans a great deal.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Braun Station West, San Antonio, TX.

We first contacted Micah when seeking a buyers agent to help us find and purchase a primary residence in San Antonio. We were residing out of state and needed to plan to come down and find a home within about 2-3 weeks. Micah took all our information and began to e-mail us properties to consider. When we arrived, he set up a list to show us each day that we said we wanted to see.He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire time. He gave us timely advice, pointed out features and problems that he noticed that we may have missed. He's extremely knowedgable about the areas we were interested in, as well as buying concerns. We must have looked at 40 - 50 houses. When we asked if we were being too picky, he said absolutely not, and that it was his job to help us find the house that was just right for us. That was exactly what he did. We unconditionally recommend Micah Harper to anyone who wants an exceptional real estate professional.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in San Antonio, TX.

My husband and I are senior citizens with a very limited knowledge of the real estate market but Micah dignified us by being very patient, kind, and hospitable and making us feel like we were the only clients he had even though the home we could afford was a very modest one. Our whole experience with him and his team in buying our home was a pleasure and we would highly recommend him to anyone moving to San Antonio! He's not only a realtor, but a broker and a lawyer so we felt secure in his advice and our purchase!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in San Antonio, TX.

Few people in this day and age make you feel like they're really out for YOUR best interest, and not just trying to get into your wallet. Mush less prove to be professional, courteous and punctual. Micah was all of these...and more. There were several homes I came close to buying and Micah told me that he could tell I really LIKE it, but, he believed I shouldn't buy a home unless I really LOVED it. I wasn't really sure why he told me that...until I found one I loved. Thank you Micah for making me wait.

As senior citizens, buying our "last" house was a huge milestone for us. We have found Micah to not only have vast expertise in the field, but he has been very patient in our long quest to find the perfect house. We felt an instant connection to and with him, and he always made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend Micah, above and beyond the 5 stars alloted.
