Writing a review for Mike is the least I can do. In an industry where so many real estate agents are short-term, sloppy and have bad inter-personal skills, Mike is the opposite. He's been in the profession for many years, communicates well with all parties (not just the ones he's representing), and follows through on every detail. He inspires confidence, responds quickly and seems to like what he does. He's a pro. We highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing or selling a property.

We purchased our house while overseas in Asia. We were introduced to Michael by our lender and could not imagine working with anyone else. Michael did an AMAZING job sending us listings that matched our criteria and making videos for us to view online. We are not talking about a quick walk-through of the house. The videos were very detailed including the streets leading up to the home, the neighborhood, front and rear yards, everything he felt was important for us to make the right decision was included in the videos. Due to the limited inventory and buying frenzy at the time, this went on for several months before we finally closed escrow on a house in Chino Hills. Michael handled everything from coordinating with our lender, to inspections, to leasing the property back to sellers after close, to coordinating their move-out, basically start to finish without us ever being in the States! He always kept us updated throughout the entire process which was especially important to us since we were in another country. We put our trust in Michael and could not have been happier with the results.

After losing out on close to a dozen bidding wars and pretty much about to give up on our search, we were introduced to Mike by a family friend. From our first meeting he was very detailed in educating us on the type of market we were in, the competition we faced and how to increase the chances of getting our offer accepted. We were still a little skeptical since we made no progress after nearly a year of submitting countless offers with another realtor but on our third viewing with Mike, he was able to put a deal together for us. Not only was it another multiple offer situation but they were already about to accept an offer that day. Mike somehow managed to get the listing agent to wait for us to view the home and submit our bid. Low and behold we actually ended up putting it under contract! We have no doubt the way Mike negotiated and structured our offer for that particular situation played a large part in getting it accepted. We realized then that it takes a lot more than just showing homes and filling out a contract to be able to close a deal. We will absolutely be using Mike again.

Indeed, I was impressed with his professionalism in every aspect. He truly has a solid grasp of the market and his knowledge of the numerous contracts/disclosures gives him an advantage when negotiating on your behalf. Something we experienced first hand when we had a situation where our contingency period expired yet he still managed to cancel the deal and get our deposit back.
