Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Central City East, Los Angeles, CA.

Mike has provided exceptional service since our first investment purchase several years ago.  His ability to strategically negotiate the deal has been proven time and time again with the numerous properties we have acquired through him.  He manages all of our rentals and always seems to find the ideal tenants.  Very detail oriented, strong work ethic but also personable which goes a long way in this line of business.  He truly goes above and beyond.

Writing a review for Mike is the least I can do. In an industry where so many real estate agents are short-term, sloppy and have bad inter-personal skills, Mike is the opposite. He's been in the profession for many years, communicates well with all parties (not just the ones he's representing), and follows through on every detail. He inspires confidence, responds quickly and seems to like what he does. He's a pro. We highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing or selling a property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Chino Hills, CA.

We purchased our house while overseas in Asia. We were introduced to Michael by our lender and could not imagine working with anyone else. Michael did an AMAZING job sending us listings that matched our criteria and making videos for us to view online. We are not talking about a quick walk-through of the house. The videos were very detailed including the streets leading up to the home, the neighborhood, front and rear yards, everything he felt was important for us to make the right decision was included in the videos. Due to the limited inventory and buying frenzy at the time, this went on for several months before we finally closed escrow on a house in Chino Hills. Michael handled everything from coordinating with our lender, to inspections, to leasing the property back to sellers after close, to coordinating their move-out, basically start to finish without us ever being in the States! He always kept us updated throughout the entire process which was especially important to us since we were in another country. We put our trust in Michael and could not have been happier with the results.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Downtown, Los Angeles, CA.

I cannot effectively convey the wonderful experience we had with Michael. He is extremely professional and was able to quickly identify our ideal home. He was always quick to respond to our emails and phones calls, gave personal attention to our needs and made us feel as if we were his only clients. He never tried to force us to make an offer, but instead provided unbiased pros and cons ensuring we had all the info necessary to make the right decision for the situation. We highly recommend his services.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Covina, CA.

We met with other agents, but knew from the beginning that Michael was the right choice. We never felt that he was telling us what we wanted to hear just for the sake of getting the listing. He was straight forward about what we needed to do to get the highest sale price in this market, putting our expectations in check since we did have a house that needed some major updating. He helped us prep the home without having to spend a ton of money in the process, giving sound advice on which areas would provide the best returns. He also brought out selling points that we never would have imagined. In the end, his marketing ideas and sharp negotiating skills helped land us an offer well above what we were expecting. We highly recommend him and will definitely work with him again in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Chino, CA.

After losing out on close to a dozen bidding wars and pretty much about to give up on our search, we were introduced to Mike by a family friend. From our first meeting he was very detailed in educating us on the type of market we were in, the competition we faced and how to increase the chances of getting our offer accepted. We were still a little skeptical since we made no progress after nearly a year of submitting countless offers with another realtor but on our third viewing with Mike, he was able to put a deal together for us. Not only was it another multiple offer situation but they were already about to accept an offer that day. Mike somehow managed to get the listing agent to wait for us to view the home and submit our bid. Low and behold we actually ended up putting it under contract! We have no doubt the way Mike negotiated and structured our offer for that particular situation played a large part in getting it accepted. We realized then that it takes a lot more than just showing homes and filling out a contract to be able to close a deal. We will absolutely be using Mike again.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $300K in Central City East, Los Angeles, CA.

Although I had close friends who are realtors and could have assisted with my real estate needs, I decided to meet with Michael mainly because he came highly recommended by associates from work. Indeed, I was impressed with his professionalism in every aspect. He truly has a solid grasp of the market and his knowledge of the numerous contracts/disclosures gives him an advantage when negotiating on your behalf. Something we experienced first hand when we had a situation where our contingency period expired yet he still managed to cancel the deal and get our deposit back. If it wasn't for his recommendations, we would have continued with the transaction and not realize the problems that lie ahead. After this, we knew he was truly looking out for our best interests. Overall a wonderful experience and someone we will be working with for many years to come.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $375K in Walnut, CA.

As a first time buyer, my family and I did a lot of research and interviewed several realtors before we came across Michael. We can't say enough great things about him! He is very knowledgeable about the market and buying/selling process from start to finish. He helped guide us through the offer, counter offers, numerous contracts, inspections etc. that were required to close on our deal. He takes the time to look at the pros and cons of each home based on what you are looking for and what is best for your family. You can truly sense that he has your best interests at heart. We have never met other realtors whom we felt were more trustworthy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Claremont, CA.

I first worked with Mike when I bought my first condo in 2009. He negotiated an amazing deal for me that put me in a great position to buy my first house. In February of 2013 Mike helped me sell that condo and make enough money to put a nice down payment on our first house! He was very flexible with us and responsive. He even helped carry our 4 month old baby when my wife had to go without me to look at houses. I highly recommend Mike!
