Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Mission Bay Park, San Diego, CA.
I lived out of state while I was looking for a home in San Diego. Michael took the time to understand what I was looking for and when he called to suggest I make a trip out to visit a listing, his selection of homes to visit were appropriate. He viewed the listings prior and I never "wasted" my time. In the time that I was with Michael, he moved between three different realty companies and throughout this time, I never lost track of Michael nor he of me. Michael responded immediately when I contacted him and this was during a time when he proposed, then married his lovely wife. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in College West, San Diego, CA.
Michael was GREAT! He helped us with selling our previous house and buying our current house and arranging that they closed on the same day. He was very patient with us as it took a while for us to find a house in a specific neighborhood that met our family's needs.He was able to negotiate a good price for our home that we were selling during the holidays in a tough market.
