Bought a home in 2012.
Michael really knows his stuff. I flooded him with residential questions and concerns. We enjoyed his fun and pleasant demeanor while house shopping, and we respected him as a strong and clever negotiator during the purchasing process. We are very pleased with our new home. Yes, I recommend him to all my friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Mission Bay Park, San Diego, CA.
I lived out of state while I was looking for a home in San Diego. Michael took the time to understand what I was looking for and when he called to suggest I make a trip out to visit a listing, his selection of homes to visit were appropriate. He viewed the listings prior and I never "wasted" my time. In the time that I was with Michael, he moved between three different realty companies and throughout this time, I never lost track of Michael nor he of me. Michael responded immediately when I contacted him and this was during a time when he proposed, then married his lovely wife. I know that Michael is a San Diego native and I am happy to see him sinking his roots deeper into the San Diego area as his family grows.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in College West, San Diego, CA.
Michael was GREAT! He helped us with selling our previous house and buying our current house and arranging that they closed on the same day. He was very patient with us as it took a while for us to find a house in a specific neighborhood that met our family's needs.He was able to negotiate a good price for our home that we were selling during the holidays in a tough market. We would strongly recommend Michael to anyone!

Sold a Condo home in 2007 in Mission Bay Park, San Diego, CA.
We were introduced to Michael while he was in service to our neighbor. She was up in age, quite a handful but a lovely lady and great neighbor. I saw first hand how exceptional Michael was in dealing with her. I thought in the beginning that somehow he was related to her. His attention and dedication to her was that of a grandson.
When we went to list our property we contacted Michael. He remembered meeting my family and was very familiar with all the ins and outs of our property, the surrounding area, comps and current market conditions. He was Spot On!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Bay Ho, San Diego, CA.
I was a first-time home buyer in 2012. Mike helped me with every aspect of the buying process and made sure I understood what was happening at each step of the process.
Mike showed me many properties and was very patient when I said I didn't like a property for some reason or another. (Eventually we found the right property for me!)
