Mike Caruso is the kind of guy that is born to be a realtor. You can tell his passion for his profession. We bought a house in Verrado while living overseas, obviously, this was very challenging. But he helped us out wherever he could, which put us very much at ease. When we could finally fly back to The States, he was willing to meet us whenever it suited us, even on a Sunday afternoon. He treats you like you are his only client. We bought a small and relative cheap house, it's not that he can retire thanks to our business but that didn't stop him for delivering the best quality. I am very impressed! Because we were living overseas, he went over there when our house was built and made a video for us, so we could see the progress. It is totally at the other side of town, so we really appreciated it. I have heard quite the horror stories about realtors, bur if you go with Mike, I can promise you are safe!

I never bought a house before, and it was a daunting task, but Mike was able to explain it to me, get me started, and worked with me from day one to help me find my Home. I had a close deadline, and he was able to work through the red tape with me to get me signed and in my new home on time! he knew what to look for in a house- what the good and bad signs were- and was honest about what was a good house or a bad house. He knew the neghborhoods and areas, and he had a lot of good contacts that helped out alot too. I recomend Mike, and if I move, he will be my first call- Thanks again Mike!

My wife and I had no idea how to go buying a home. I read that we wanted a buyers agent, not just a real estate broker, so we found Mike and set up an appointment. We had done some googling and zillowing to get an idea of what we could afford and were pretty set on a couple of decent homes in decent neighborhoods. On a lark, my wife sent me a link to a home that was amazing, but way more that we could afford. She said it doesn't hurt to dream.

Mike explained the bidding process and was expected of both sides and he assured us that he could negotiate a price that we could afford. A couple of weeks later, after Mike went back and forth with the seller (explaining every step to me), our bid was accepted. A month later, we were in our dream home. I'm not just saying that in a cliche manner, I mean Mike helped us buy the exact home that we had resolved to only dream about.

He held our hands and walked us through the entire process. Some folks are rather cavalier about these kinds of processes, but I really feel a need to understand them, so I asked poor Mike question after question. He always gave a very thorough and digestable answer. Mike took the lead on every aspect of the process. I never had to reach out the many third parties involved in buying a new home.

I could really go on and on. Mike did a fantastic job for us. I'm so grateful that we reached out to him. ...and on a personal note, he's a really nice guy. We really enjoyed just talking to him. Again, I can't say enough.

We got Mikes name from a friend who had used Mike to purchase a 2nd home in Phoenix. We are from Canada and found Mike very easy to work with as well as very prompt to answer any questions we had during our home search as well as during the purchase of the property. We would definitely recommend mike to help you find and purchase a home.

Mike is very proffessional and personable and a very knowlegable agent. Mike helped us through all aspects of our home purchase. There was no suprises right through to the closing process.
