I am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied. Your property presented a lot of challenges because you owed more than it was worth. You did not want to short sale your property as you were not behind on payments. You expressed that you were not in a hurry to sell your property and that you did not want a lock box on your home. I listed the property for sale as you requested for about $20,000 more than the home was worth. I even offered the majority of my commission to any buyers agent in an effort to drive more traffic on your behalf. I pride myself on really trying to help my clients sell their properties, but in this situation, there was just nothing more I could do. I am sorry you did not get the outcome you were looking for. I am afraid you won't get the outcome you are looking for, for several years until your market rebounds. I wish you the best of luck. Thank you.
