In 1999, I retired from Levi Strauss & Company after 28 years of client service in sales, marketing and management.  The natural progression was to transfer these skills to the real estate arena where I had personally purchased and sold 17 homes along the way.  Whether a realtor, rehabber, or investor, or short sale specialist, I've continued to stay abreast of the various areas of real estate with 100's of hours of education.  The skill of negotiation has been the foundation of my success.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Fort Mill, SC.

My introduction to Michael Gaddy of the Gaddy Group started with a personal visit and some of his videos on you tube. His introduction and videos had a huge influence on why my wife and I chose the Gaddy Group to represent us to sell our home. Michael's lasting impression was better than his outstanding first impression. He kept his word!

The things I appreciated most about Michael was his honesty, business acumen and willingness to think outside of the box. He passionately believes in the data that exemplifies an appropriate depiction of the industry. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Rock Hill, SC.

Michael and his team performed an enormous amount of work for us both upfront and behind the scenes so we could sell our house quickly using a sound and intelligent strategy. Less than a week after listing we were knee-deep in a fast paced challenging multiparty bidding scenario, which turned into an all-hours affair over 4 days requiring quick decision making, sound strategy, and a delicate touch on counter-party communication.

Not only did he expertly stick with it as the offer/contract situation picked up speed and become more complex but kept me in the loop and our values and interests squarely in focus. After we'd been under contract and had passed all requisite inspections and formalities we were thrown an unfortunate and low-class 11th hour curve-ball by the buyer agent and buyer party a few days before closing. Had we not been with Michael this move would have cost us unnecessary hassle and additional money, or worse the whole deal. Its in moments like this where you stand back and realize (and value) the difference-maker that is experience.

With Michael Gaddy and his team at the Gaddy Group we were able to bring our house to market, list, negotiate and field competing offers, and ultimately sell at top dollar within the span of a few weeks. Our experience with this agency was one of intelligence, experience, integrity, and unwavering professionalism.
