    Bought a Vacant Land home in 2011 in Paso Robles, CA.
    Mike went above and beyond our expectations of any real estate agent. He kept in constant communication with us through the entire process. He's honest and dependable. We would definitely recommend him.

    Sold a home in 2011.
    My name is Santos Martinez and have known Mike for about 27 years. During that time I had gone to Mike for his knowledge and expertize in real estate investments and as a friend on a personal level. After 30 years in law enforcement me and my wife were both able to retire at age 50. Unfortunately, we are now in a battle of divorce. During this divorce, We were forced to sell two properties. A beautiful lake house which we built to spend our later years and an investment property. I tell you this because we had to liquidate our assets and downsize at a critical time in our lives. So we resorted to Mike for his knowledge in real estate. After explaining to Mike our situation, he went forward in assisting us in this matter. Mike was always available both day and night calling us continuously keeping us posted on the offers/sales of both properties. Mike also took of his personal time to help me prep (clean and yard work) both properties to enhance there appearance. Mike was able to list and sell both properties within 3 months. He saved us a $2000 a month in negative cash flow and over $250K in lost equity on both properties through a short sale.     Sold a home in 2007.
    We had to sell our home in Morro Bay in the middle of this crappy recession. We followed Mike's advice in how to get our home ready and hopefully get it sold. We sold our house in about 45 days. Mike was very honest with us about what we could realistically sell for (less than we wished), but the point was to SELL our house and move, not LIST our house and be stuck. Mike used very accurate comparisons to price our house, and he must know what he is doing because it sold. We can't thank him enough for his knowledge, communication, and follow-through. And. . . it doesn't hurt that he's a damn nice guy!
