Closed refinance loan.

I just spoke with Mr. King and he was sharp, courteous, a very good listener, and willing to advocate for me. He identified my best recourse and guided me in the best direction for my circumstances. Although he could not help me, he told me who could. I happily refer him to all who seek refinancing or mortgage help. Mr. King could have been terse, rude and taciturn.
