Michael helped us buy this bank-owned home. Without him, I don't think we could have done it, as there were multiple-offers and lots of competition.

We liked the way he always met us at the property himself, not an assistant or other agent (we had previously worked with another agent that always made us wait in his office or meet with another agent), and he was very quick to replying to our emails.

He really knows the local market and helped us avoid paying too much. I would be happy to recommend him to others, and already have!
