Summary:

Michael was more than a joy to work with. His work ethics and knowledge of the buisness was very helpful. Michael did not have the "salesman" approach and was more worried about making sure I understood what I was commiting myself to when purchasing my home. Even to this day, after my loan has been changed to a larger bank, I still go to Michael first when I have general questions or concerns on what is going on with my mortgage. A bit about me personally... I'm a husband and father of two, with an amazing 5 year old starting Kindergarten this year, and a 22 month old quickly on his big brother's heels. My wife and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this August. We're both native Washingtonians, and our family, friends, church and community are main priorities in our lives. Our family motto is "Blessed to be a blessing", and we strive to always live by that creed. Our lives are busy and getting busier by the day with preschool, soccer, lots of reading and play time... so much fun being a Dad though! I grew up in Washington and have been all over our beautiful State. I was born and raised in Eastern WA so I know that WA isn't ALWAYS cloudy, raining or overcast. Just mostly... ;) I do miss the 300 days of sunshine per year east of the mountains, but we get over there regularly though. Just took up fly fishing so hope to be there even more often now.

On the professional side... I'm the local WA Region Branch Manager here in the Greater Puget Sound area. I've been lending since 2000, but I haven't seen a marketing as interesting as it is today. Volatility is the new normal. Rates are incredibly low, and there's always opportunities in real estate. Although we're licensed in 42 states, were right here with our local team, local presence and local networks of experts, all lined up to help you.
