Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Natomas Park, Sacramento, CA.
Michael Sandoval is utterly amazing. I needed a real estate agent that was proficient with the VA process and Michael was beyond knowledgeable to say the least. He did not miss a beat and without his dilligence and hard work we would not be living in our dream home. Michael did not miss an appointment or an opportunity to help us in any way that he could. He made this experience as fun and exciting as is could possibly be. We had a very good experience with Michael and we look forward to doing business with him again. I will tell as many people as possible about the service and integrity that Michael displays.

Bought a home in 2013.
I recently purchased my first home with Michael. He not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. I have used a previous Realtor and he far surpassed what the other did. Michael was attentive and fully answered all of my questions shortly after they asked. He was very upfront about every home we went into and understood what I was looking for. He pulled all comps in the area before we put in an offer so we knew were submitting a solid offer from the get go. So I guess the real question is would i recommend Michael? The answer is simple YES....In fact before my escrow closed I recommended Michael to my friend who is relocating from San Diego and they are currently in escrow on a house. I will continue to use Michael and recommend him to any future prospective clients. Thank you again Michael you really made a difference here!!

Mr. Sandoval has extensive knowledge in real estimate for each location of the homes I own. I bought 4 homes with Mr. Sandoval's help. He can provide me a good appraiser, mortgage broker, general contractor, plumber, and electrican. These preal people are essential for succssful real estatement investment. Mr. Sandoval help me selling 5958 Clover Manor Way half-plex in 24 days. I just tell Mr. Sandoval that I want to sell this home before the end of 2012 so that I avoid psical clift complication. He makes it happens. I'm very very thankful Mr. Sandoval and I highly recommend Mr. Sandoval for his deal making skills. He has wide network of realtors who can bring in buyers/sellers.

My wife and I worked with Mike Sandoval for quite some time. As first time home buyers, it took us a while to really figure out what we were looking for in a first home. We also had a lot of questions and concerns as we were learning the process of purchasing our first home. During this process Mike was extremely helpful and patient with us as his clients. It was very apparent that Mike's main concern was finding the right home for us, as opposed to just "making the sale." Mike's knowledge on the housing market is solid as is his knowledge on the home buying process. If my wife and I had a question about anything, we were confident that Mike would have the answer or be able to get us the answer very fast. Mike is also a very personable and likable guy, which really made our home search an enjoyable experience. Working with Michael Sandoval has been an extremely positive experience.when I first listed my house last April, I never expected things to move so quickly. Because I was retiring from teaching and selling my home, I simply could not start looking for another place to buy right away. I needed some time to catch my breath and evaluate my needs.After a few months, I contacted Mike and let him know I was ready to begin my search. Once again, I had no idea how competitive the market was or how hard it would be to find something that suited my needs. When I did find something, I was outbid within hours and started to get discouraged. Mike never pressured me or let me get discouraged.Instead, he kept me posted and showed me homes as soon as they became available.He also gave me solid advice concerning properties and allowed me to make up my own mind about which homes would work best for me. When I found a house I really liked, he was quick to guide me through the process and negotiated with the sellers to help my offer become the one they accepted. Other realtors I hardly knew were pestering me on a daily basis even after I told them I had a competent agent. I am very very pleased with how well Mike first showcased and sold my home and then helped me to get the one I finally purchased. If he had not been on top of things, this one would have slipped away as well. I am at a point in my life where I have to make a lot of adjustments. Having a responsible,honest realtor like Mike Sandoval made this whole process a success. While other realtors may be out to make a profit, Mike went out of his way to help me downsize and reorganize my life. I am very grateful and most heartily recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in this area.

Michael Sandoval was an excellent realtor. He always kept in mind what I wanted in a home and even when there where not alot of homes on the market he looked around for other possibilities. Any time a house came on the marker he was very quick in getting us in to see it so that our offer would come in first. He has a great personality and is very friendly. Any time I had a question he answered my phone calls and emails promptly. When we put the offer in our new home he was very detailed and explained all the paperwork thoroughly which was great since im a first time buyer. He made the home buying process so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Mike was very attentive and helpful. He was always available to answer questions. He always had homes for us to look at and was always on top of every offer we made. If we ever go to purchase another home I will use him again.

Michael helped me buy my new home and even thought the process took about a year, he was always there with new details and progress on all of my requests. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Rocklin, CA.
Right from the beginning, I was impressed with Michael Sandoval's professionalism as I made the decision to list my home.I expected it to take several months. He researched sales in the area and came up with a price that would match the value of my home to comparable sales. He took photographs and posted my home, showcasing its best features. I had four offers the first weekend. When the buyers did not qualify or changed their minds, I was really stressed. Michael helped me to navigate the times when people were in and out and unreliable. He handled everything very well and helped me make very important decisions at a time when I was exceptionally busy with the end of the school year, my retirement, and trying to sort out seventeen years worth of treasures in the house I was selling. He also looked out for my interest when the buyers added to the list of repairs they wanted and helped me get people to do those repairs at a fair price. When it was all over, the closing went smoothly,thanks to Michael, and the new owners were pleased. I would most sincerely like to express my appreciation for all Michael did to help me get through such an emotional roller coaster. He is amazing. When my five month lease expires, I hope he will be able to help me find something I can afford on my retirement money.
