My fiancée and I worked with Michael Allen during the purchase of our first home, and we couldn't be happier.

Being first time home buyers we obviously had lots of questions and concerns and Michael was there to answer all of them.

Our home search was very broad in terms of location and Michael was able to provide guidance and advice no matter what the location. During our first meeting with him he carefully went over the process of purchasing our first home, through the purchase and sales agreement we would be seeing when we decided to draft offers, and what we were looking for in home.

We both work full time so it was also very convenient that Michael made himself available on weekends, evenings, and often on short notice to view homes, answer questions, and draft offers.

Michael was there for all steps of the process; he arranged for viewings of many homes, was present for all inspections and walk-through of the properties we visited which was important so that he could answer our questions along the way and had a better understanding of what we liked and didn't like about the homes we saw.

Most importantly I always felt like Michael had our best interests in mind, I felt much more confident that we were getting a fair deal and that we had someone on our side when we were making offers, negotiating on price, and inspecting the home that we ended up buying.

We love our new home and working with Michael Allen made it a great experience, I would recommend him to anyone searching for a new home, and if we ever decide to sell our home, we will definitely be working with Michael again.

I generally have a relatively low opinion of real estate brokers, mainly from my own prior experiences with them. I'm glad Michael finally broke that chain. Finally a broker looking out for the seller's interests. Thanks Michael. Great job on our deal.

You won’t find a better Real Estate Agent than Mike Allen. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market, and we truly felt that he was our partner through the entire process of purchasing properties.

As our buyer’s agent, when Mike shows us properties he always points out the problems as well as the opportunities that we should consider before deciding on a purchase. He follows through on everything, and is extremely responsive to all questions.

We purchased three investment properties in the past year with Mike’s help. The amount of time that Mike spent with us through this process was extraordinary. Given we were purchasing two of the properties at the same time we talked with Mike almost every day for 3 months straight working through the many issues that came up with these properties. Mike was with us through every aspect of looking at properties, negotiating offers, inspecting properties, meeting with contractors to determine repair costs after inspection issues, walking through properties before closings and the closings themselves. And given that we were purchasing these properties as rentals, we had requested the ability to show the properties before closing in order to meet the rental timeframe for UNH students. This meant that Mike had to be there with us for every showing during this timeframe. He was extremely accommodating with his time.

We highly recommend Mike and wouldn’t think about working with anyone else. He is an all-around great guy and you will enjoy working with him.
