Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Downey, CA.
He really is a 24 hour agent! Michael was answering our questions from Las Vegas while on vacation with his family. You can't beat that kind of service. Sold our property within the week. Great person and very honest. I will highly recommend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Downey, CA.
Michael truly is a 24 Hour agent--always available and responsive. I found Michael online. He did not disappoint at all--ever. My husband and I were looking for a specific house for our family and we had searched high and low. Michael was always available; answering our questions and always truly gave us his honest opinion on homes we saw. He dealt with any issue that ever arose throughout the process and handled it efficiently-We were always beyond happy with his service. Michael has since, not only become our family agent (that I recommend to all), but has also become a friend.

Showed home in 2012 in Downey, CA 90241.
Not responsive. Wants to receive a commission without doing any work. Don't ask him too many questions. His interest in the buyer was to move from emailing some listing info to submitting an offer. He did not want to to answer questions about the listing. I ended up buying a $945,000 property through another agent. Serious buyers should look elsewhere.

Showed us some homes.but when we had questions about the property he never got back to us.we wanted to put a bud on a house and he never responded to us....very unprofessional..

Sold a home in 2012.
Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly. He knows everything there is to know about real estate as he comes from a real estate family and is the top broker in the Downey, Ca area, doing more business than any other broker. He is the best at wh at he does which is why we have used him to sell two houses and recommended him to our daughter when she was selling her home. He is also helping us in purchasing our next home.

Sold a home in 2011.
We have sold 2 homes and purchased 1 with Michael. When he says that he is the "24 hour agent" he is not exaggerating! Anytime we had a question or concern, Michael was always ready with a quick response. He explained everything about the selling and buying processes in great detail and with the utmost patience. Even while on vacation in Hawaii, Michael was still answering our texts! We felt very comfortable and always well taken care of with Michael and his team. He was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and made us feel as if we were his top priority. Buying and/or selling a home can often be a stressful process, but Michael certainly makes it as painless as possible.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Whittier, CA.
michael was always there for us. He didn't try to sell us just any house, he was very thorough and listen to us and helped us buy a house we could afford and enjoy. He is very attentive to our needs and made buy the house a very easy and smooth process, he guided through all the paperwork and necessary steps. We didn't have to worry about forgetting anything he kept us well informed al of the processes.

Michael is very responsive agent, even if he did not have an answer he would contact us and let us know he was working on it. Michael's follow up is very good. Michael does what he says he will do. I would recommend Michael Berdelis as a very resourceful and responsive real estate agent.

What stood out above all was Michael's responsiveness. He always answered the phone or returned my calls prompty. He is very knowledgeable of real estate practices and is a great negotiator. I was very pleased with his performance during the sale of my house and during the purchase of my new house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Downey, CA.
I researched online for realtor reviews in the city of Downey. Michael was one of 4 realtors I spoke to and considered for the job. I called his office and Armando answered the phone and contacted Michael to return my call. The conversation with Michael re-assured me that he was knowledgable in the city of Downey and that he would be a great choice. He then referred me to Armando Martinez from his office. I was skeptical, as my conversation was with Michael not Armando. When I met Armando for the first showing of the first home I was relieved as Armando presented himself in a professional manner and was extremely knowledgable regarding home improvements. Armando Martinez did a great job showing me the listings that would give me enough variety for me to decide what it was I really wanted. Once I decided what I wanted, the process was smoother as I reviewed the MLS listings online and then picked which I wanted to see in person. When I found the home I really wanted, Armando helped me and guided me to ensure that I would get the home. Once I go the home and I closed escrow, Armando has still kept contact and helped me with referrals for some home improvements.
