    Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $900K in Santa Monica, CA.
    To put it simply, Michael Collins is the best. He’s professional, on point, and most of all he is a lovely person. As first time home buyers in Santa Monica in 2009, we were intimidated by the whole buying process. Michael was highly recommended to us by a good friend and his knowledge, patience and guidance were exactly what we were looking for in a real estate agent. He was always available, day or night. We always felt like Michael truly cared that we were happy and that finding the perfect home for us was his top priority.

    Now 5 years later, we are selling our first home and have gone to Michael again to guide us through our first home selling process. This time, he is working with the wonderful, professional and kind, Allie Riley. Together they make an excellent team and we have been nothing but pleased with both of them in regards to their professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and guidance.     Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $1.15M in Mar Vista, Los Angeles, CA.
    We feel so lucky to have worked with Michael Collins in recently buying our home. We cannot recommend him more, nor can we compliment him enough!

    When we decided to move quickly on buying an architectural home that had just been listed, we called Michael and he helped us forge ahead with lightning speed on the offer. His ability to throw himself quickly into our purchase and keenly represent our interests was the difference between getting the house and having it slip away. In addition, with Michael’s savvy counsel, we were able to sell our old house within the week in order to purchase our new home.

    Michael was incredibly professional and communicative. He was in constant contact by e-mail and telephone throughout the escrow and mortgage application process. He also recommended to us a great crew of professionals to inspect and make repairs on our property all of whom were fantastic.

    Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $675K in Los Angeles, CA.
    Michael, thanks to you we just successfully closed what turned out to be a very difficult escrow. At certain times during the escrow it seemed some new problem or concern arose every minute but eventually the problems were resolved, compromises made and the sale closed. Without your steady hands, guidance, advice and patience I don’t believe we would have been able to succeed. There were many times I thought the buyer would cancel the sale and our backups walk. Even with all my experience as a real estate attorney and the experience of my co-trustee in this sale (of a major local bank’s trust real estate department) you knew how to handle certain of the problems that arose better than we did. I’m glad we trusted your judgments – but then what you advised made so much sense. In one respect your excellent work is not really a surprise as we’ve worked together on a number of other sales in years past, all successfully closed. Quite a record!
