After 59 showings and one offer, which was not accepted, I decided using the Perna Agency was the worst decision I made in regards to selling my home. The agent that I was with, from this agency, did not follow-up on any potential lead, provide proper support. Customers were knocking at my door to see the home, because they could not reach anyone at this agency. He ended up quitting the agency. The office staff only contacted me three times in four months. (They promise weekly contact). My home was listed for four months. No clear direction was provided. It seemed to me that they wanted other agents to sell my home. I did my own follow-up. Weeks before I had the contract ended, I requested the price of my home to be reduced. Never happened. If you want your house to sell, this is NOT the agency to use.

Our true high service level is shown through our many other posts here. We book over 300 showings per week without flaw, but could not get in touch with you by phone/email/txt. One buyer knocked on the door because you didn't return the calls. That is a great example of our availability. When you called me on that I answered We did call every week,I reviewed the log myself.I appreciate that sometimes people selling a home don't want to hear feedback on their home, if we stopped calling to tell the truth on the feedback we wouldn't be doing the best for our clients. We call our clients every week. The comment on the price change is incorrect. You and I had three conversations on market and pricing. I understand you're upset with us for ending our contract to sell your home early,we couldn't keep a home on the market that we couldn't get buyers into. The Perna Team is extremely professional. They helped me through the entire listing process. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone was telling me that listing during the winter time was a horrible idea. But we ended up getting the home for above asking price which was a plus.

I had someone whom I’ve known for about 30 years come and appraise my house and they told me what they thought it was worth. I disagreed with the appraisal so I put the house up on Zillow myself. I got a call from a lady at The Perna Team and she said that she’d like to talk to me about the house and that she’d like to see it. I liked her so she came out and looked at it and said that she thought we could do this. We put it up, got 2 offers on it of which I took the 2nd offer, and I was just pleased with the whole process!

They were awesome! My house was sold quickly and efficiently and they were always there if I had a question. The whole process was very smooth! The buyer didn’t have the funds wire transferred on the day of closing so Mary Jo was willing to drive to my house the next day to bring me my check. They were all just really great!

I got the optimum result in that my home sold in about 2 weeks. This is the first time I’ve sold a home on my own and I was surprised in how quickly they began showing my home. The first time I met them and signed the paperwork was on a Thursday and they started showing my house that Saturday.
