Seven years ago Michael left a successful business in East County to pursue a new career in Real Estate. I want to express my sincere thanks for the incredible "miracle" Mitchell Carson's Team performed regarding the sale of my home. When James Jessie first found me on Zillow and pitched his sales plan that he could get me more than my listed price in 3 weeks, I thought it was a scam. The unconventional process of listing a house very low and bidding up seemed impossible to achieve the final desired price. My real estate friends and sister cautioned me against it. The process seemed a bit concerning. But it sounded so logical to me that I had to give it a try. Like James said "What do I have to lose except 3 weeks". Well, I must congratulate the entire Team for the excellent role they all performed in achieving the "impossible" goal. I now realize that God had his hand in this and brought you to me. Selling my home was one of the last steps in my retirement plan. Not only did your Team find a cash buyer (Thank you Michael Salois, you are my HERO :) but you did it within 2-1/2 weeks with a very quick closing. And you got me a sales price higher than I could have imagined. James Jessie - you are an excellent sales person and I thank you for your straight forward honesty and humor. Jason Schwager - your follow up on paperwork and guiding me through the entire process was very professional and efficient. You were always available to my calls and inquiries even after hours. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in El Cajon, CA.

I think we were one of Mike's longest clients. But he hung in there and we found the best house for our family. He is dependable and hard working. I liked the fact that when I called him he picked up the phone and rarely let it go to voice mail. The process of buying a house can be a very tedious one but Mike helped to make the process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of buying or selling.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Lakeside, CA.

Mike is also willing to drop what he's doing to help his clients. Whether its 6am on a Sunday or 10pm on a Wednesday night, he is always available.
