Mike was great. He was recommended to us from a friend and he was everything we were looking for. We were first time home buyers and he really walked us through every step from lending to knowledge of San Diego areas to the purchase process.

Our schedule is very hectic and Mike was available at different times and days, very flexible fitting into our schedule. He was great at following up with us, and he stayed on top of getting information about any new property we were interested in.

He was also very patient with us as we were narrowing down exactly what we were looking for.

We are very happy with our new home and would like to thank Mike for his help.

Mike Salois assisted in purchase of our house in Chula Vista. We looked at upwards of 100 houses over a many month timespan. Mike was always optimistic in the search and eager to help, always showing up with the hard copy of the listing information . He never got tired of our inability to decide on the right house and was always there when it became time to continue the search. He was very good in dealing with the selling agent and owners. He was always quick to respond on questions about the overall process and about the multiple contract items that were often hard to understand. The most important attribute that Mike showed was that after the sale was completed, after he had gotten his comission, he continued to assist us with problems related to the sellers unfullfilled promises. Mike got no compensation for continuing this effort, but did it because of his character and proffesionalism.

Called him and he sounded great on the phone. Followed up with him through email, he emailed to say he'd get back to me...never did. I even left another voicemail.

Maybe he got great reviews from people with expensive homes; our home was a manufactured one in a park, less than 50k, probably just not worth his while.

My wife and I highly recommend Michael Salois. He was very responsive with his phone. He always picked up or if I left a message he would call back shortly. Michael emailed us daily feeds of homes that met our criteria and was happy to include homes we found on our own. Day or night, rain or shine, Michael always made an effort to accommodate our busy schedule. He was able to open doors for us on short notice (even on late weekday evenings). When showing a house he was very professional and made an effort to provide us with all the information on the home. He would also point out potential problems. He often gave us good insight and a few jokes. It's easy to see that Michael loves what he does. Putting in offers was very easy. All documents were signed and sent electronically (no scanning, printing, and writing was necessary). This was a huge time saver and enabled us to make quick offers on homes in a competitive price range. After 6 months with a Realtor who did not work out for us, we found Michael. He did more for us in two weeks than the previous person ever did. I'm a cautious person and do not trust people easily. With that said I don't think anyone could have done a better job than Michael Salois. We are now happy home owners. Thanks Michael!
