will start off with saying our situation was a unique situation but regardless of that your realtor should act professional throughout the buying process and that was not the case with Michael. When we first met Michael we were very pleased as he responded right away and set up a time to meet with us. When we first met with him we were focused in on one home and although that was the property we wanted Michael did not even try to show us any other options that were available in case this property did not work out. As we were negotiating some terms (that our broker had suggested we ask for) Michael made extremely unprofessional comments to both my husband and I which soured our relationship and trust in him. As our closing date arrived he showed up and barely said two words to either of us and when we had to leave for a brief moment we returned and he had already left. Buying our first home was not a good experience mostly due to him. I would have to say based on our experience with him I would not recommend him to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $100K in Sterling, CO.

Most people buy one house in their life time. What an overwhelming endeavor! Without someone like Michael at my side it could have been disastrous. What a patient man. He had to drive almost 2 hours just to show me houses and he did it 3 or 4 times. It wasn't long before Michael knew my tastes well enough to choose houses for me to see that he knew I would like. We looked at 15 houses at least and he never lost patience with me. (When I was losing patience with myself). Every question I had, and I had many, Michael answered. If it was something he needed to check on he got back to me quickly. And finally...when I found my home Michael walked me step by step through everything. And best of all he shared my enthusiasm to the perfect home he helped me find. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent in any area in colorado.
