West Los Angeles is full of realtors – some good, and a lot bad. Michele and Mitchell aren’t good – they are incredibly excellent. My experience started in early 2011. At the time that I started my journey, I was looking for a condominium along the red line. I was a single guy looking for a place to hang my hat. I contacted Michele to help me begin my search.
Almost three years later, life has changed dramatically. Many people have come and gone in my life. I am now engaged. In spite of all of these changes, Michele and Mitchell have hung in there with me. Several I now am the proud owner of a single-family residence in West Los Angeles!

Small Team – It’s just the two of them. Michele is the face and Mitchell is the quarterback doing the diligence to make YOUR experience the best experience you can imagine. A lot of other realtors use teams with a bunch of people and you don’t always know whom you are dealing with. Not so with Michele and Mitchell – you are dealing with them directly.
No Pressure – It took me almost three years to find my home. Never once did Michele or Mitchell pressure me to purchase something I didn’t want buy.
They are Just Plain Nice – Michele and Mitchell have a legendary holiday party nearly every year that they throw for their clients, vendors, friends, and more. They drop by and check in on their clients/friends and are supportive through the good and the bad. Besides being my realtors, I consider them friends.
In all, what could have been a confusing, challenging, or even terrible experience was a straightforward, simple, and excellent experience because of Michele and Mitchell.

I found Michele to be the consumate professional when she recently listed and sold my house in Culver City. She was very well informed and experienced.. Being a research professional myself, this impressed me. She stays on top of recent sales, comps, and info about the current market. She showed up for the listing appointment with a "how to" book for me, the prospective seller. She knows her field and her job inside out, upside down, and backwards. She is the most proactive real estate agent I have ever met and I would use her again in a heart beat. She called when she said she wouldl; did what she says she would do; and tied up all the loose ends to get it done. I needed to get my house sold and my new house deal closed within a very limited time and she worked with the other agent to make it happen. I should also mention that she did all this while recovering from hip surgery!!
Need I say anymore? I think she is five star quality all the way. I highly recommend her to anyone!

When it came time to finding a real estate agent to sell my parents house --- the name that came to mind was Michele Walman. She had sold my Aunt's house a few years earlier when she was put into a Nursing Home and myself and my family had no doubt that she would take care of our parents house when the time came.
Michele Walman is a name that is recognizable and inspires confidence. Michele knows Culver City better than most of the people that have served on the City Council. Her knowledge of the city and of real estate is above reproach. Words that come to mind that describe Michele during this process are superb, patient, helpful and outstanding.
Superb comes to mind because Michele was always organized and on top of things during the entire process. From day one, Michele called me to ensure that she would do everything in her power to make this as smooth a process as possible. Paperwork was on time, emails were always responded to and phone calls always returned in a timely manner. Once I moved out of my parent's house, Michele was good to go and had us ready to show in two weeks. The house was on the market for a VERY SHORT period of time and we had the offer we wanted and then BAM we were in Escrow. All thanks to Michele.
Patient comes to mind because no matter what the question or situation, Michele took the time to explain things and always remained calm. Never once did she lose her cool.
Helpful comes to mind because no matter what I needed, she had a solution to offer. Her resources about any topic are immense – having a person to call for any problem that may arise. An example involves fixing things around the house before and during the selling process – Michele always had a person to recommend and help us out.
Outstanding comes to mind because not only did she have to deal with me and my teaching/school schedule, but she had to deal with my entire family (four other siblings) all wanting to be involved in the process of selling our parent’s house. She handled all of these different personalities like an expert juggler tossing five apples in the air and not letting one of them hit the ground. This in itself should show what a talented, experienced and professional real estate agent Michele is.
As a teacher, I am the person who is used to being in front of the classroom and in charge of the students. However, during the selling of my parent’s house, I took on the role of the student. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have an outstanding teacher in the person of Michele Walman. She embodied all the attributes that any good teacher should possess --- organization, patience, a sense of humor, expert subject knowledge, competence and a caring attitude. She was so thorough as well as thoughtful. She took care of EVERYTHING from getting someone in to fix my place up to be ready to show, to constant showings after it had been listed, to working with the buyer to resolve any issues, truly everything. Remarkable Listing Agent!! Michele Walman knows the Culver City area well and how to market a property to best advantage. We had 12 offers after the initial open house and most were well over asking price. We closed in less than 6 weeks from the time the property was put on the market. She handled all the details and communicated with us nearly daily. This was a Trust sale after our beloved aunt passed away and none of the family live close by. Even after making several trips to Los Angeles to get the property prepared to sell, there we gaps when we just couldn’t be there.
