Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Logan Circle, Washington, DC.
Michele is accountable and organized. She is highly responsive, and my questions never went unanswered. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, and more specifically the DC market. She knows about all the neighborhoods, and she even showed me properties that had not been put on the market yet because she knew the builder. I probably viewed 75 properties, and Michele was very patient throughout the whole process. She never put pressure on me to make a decision. She also helped me evaluate the listings more throughly to limit time spent viewing properties to ones I was truly interested. I am really happy with the condo I just closed on, and I would very much recommend anyone to work with Michele if they want to buy in DC.

My experience with Michele Wiltse was a very positive one. I have purchased and sold a number of properties in several cities over the years and rarely have I worked with a realtor with the professionalism and expertise of Michele. Bought a home in 2011.
The last kind of agent I wanted to work with was someone that I needed to follow up with all the time. Michele was always on top of things and always anticipated my next question regarding listings, locations, financing, etc. Michele was a great fit to help me find and buy my latest property because she was proactive, professional, well organized, took the time to understand my needs, and made useful suggestions. We worked together for about five months (bought new construction) and she handled difficult situations on my behalf. If you want to work with someone who knows the business, is organized and proactive, Michele is a fabulous choice!

As first time home buyers working with Michele was great! Her knowledge, professionalism, and expertise as both an agent, and as a mortgage expert, made the home searching experience fun and the buying process pretty easy. Michele has a strong sense of the pulse of the DC market (and prices) in terms of where it has been, where it currently is, and where it is going. She insured that we got a fair price for our place. She also has extensive knowledge of the short and long term development plans for DC neighborhoods, which played a key role in our decision regarding where to buy. Michele and her expertise are invaluable assets and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in DC!

As a busy professional I wanted to know that I can have someone who is accountable, organized and pro-active. Michele is this person. She is very communicative of all the details of the process, anticipates issues and was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Michele highly enough. Patient and low-key when we were only casually looking, hands-on and incredibly responsive when we very suddenly decided we were ready to buy. She also gave us great advice when we (as first-time buyers) weren't sure how to handle the negotiation process.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Mount Vernon Square, Washington, DC.
I'm a very demanding person myself, so I really appreciate Michele's expertise. Every transaction was handled professionally. When expressing interest in a particular area, she would tell me about the local plans for development and send me articles about any changes that were being discussed. The way I would describe Michele is "above and beyond" what is expected. Plus, she is a delightful person to spend the afternoon with when looking at properties. I recommend her without hesitation.

If you are looking for a top-notch, personable and effective realtor in Washington, you simply must call Michele! She just helped me buy the right condo, in the right neighborhood, for a great price, and in record time. Michele truly is an expert in the business and knows Washington inside and out. She is quick to hone in on what you want and how to make it happen. Her efficiency, high-energy and strong client advocacy make you really feel like you have a partner at every step of the house buying process, and I can't imagine having gotten through the process without her. Michele gets my highest recommendation -- you couldn't make a better choice!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $625K in Bloomingdale, Washington, DC.
We bought a home in Bloomingdale with Michele as our agent. Her expertise was essential in our acquiring optimal financing which in turn helped in the submitting the winning bid out of a total of 7 for this property. Without her knowledge and negotiating skills , we would not have been successful in the extremely hot Bloomingdale market in finding a 4 level Victorian townhouse in an excellent location. She knows the market, other agents, and many other resources needed both before and after purchase.
We highly recommend Michele to anyone who is serious about buying a home in DC.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Logan Circle, Washington, DC.
Michele is the best. She knows what's out there in the market and then some. We ended up getting a home that hadn't even been put on the market yet! From start to finish, she made the whole process a breeze, especially for first-time buyers like me and my fiance. She is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and above all, easy to work with. I recommend Michele without reservation and will definitely use her in the future (if we ever move, that is).
