Showed home in 2014.
Michele Senitzer is a true professional without being pushy or condescending like most realtors I have met. She lets me know the area I think is a great choice, it might not appear what it seems to be. She reminds me in kind and thoughtful ways that I need to investigate further such as crime rate and true market value of the neighborhood. She really does look out for the buyer.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2014 for approximately $600K in Mosswood, Oakland, CA.
We met Michele at an open house after having been on the market for about a year, at a point at which we were at the open house because we were passing by it even though we were taking a break from house hunting because we just couldn't deal with the process anymore.

Fast forward a little over a year, and we've just closed on a house that was an absolute nightmare purchase, since the sellers didn't have their act together. The details of the transaction would take pages to describe--we were in escrow for longer than more than a handful of Hollywood marriages.

Michele is always responsive, absolutely on it, and also just a friendly and nice person. We _really_ couldn't have gotten through this house purchase without her. An absolute gem.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Concord, CA.
Michele helped us to buy our dream house, an Eichler in Concord. Michele was so great in understanding our passion for acquiring one of these amazing mid-century modern houses. She was able to advise us through the very competitive process of making an offer and we were so thrilled to have it accepted! She was so great at making the transaction go smoothly that we also decided to use her again to help sell our Vallejo house. Our Vallejo house needed a bit of work before selling and she knew just who to call. We got above our asking price and again the transaction was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Michele for both buying and selling a house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Maxwell Park, Oakland, CA.
Michele represented us recently in the sale of our first home in Maxwell Park. We lived in the home and then rented it as income property for a number of years. We are approaching retirement and knew that it was the right time for us to sell. We had gotten dozens of flyers mailed from various real estate agents hoping to represent us but there was something about Michele's mailer that impressed us more than the others.

We called Michele about 10am on a Sat morning. She met with us at 2pm that same day. We took her to see the house that afternoon and told her we wanted to sell the house "as is". Based on her knowledge of the Maxwell Park area Michele worked with us to come up with what turned out to be the perfect listing price. By the first part of the week (3 days later) she had listed our house on the Multiple Listings. Phone calls and emails flew back and forth between us. She clearly explained to us, how the whole process worked and helped us complete all the necessary volumes of paper work, disclosures, etc.

While we sat back and relaxed she used her considerable skills marketing the house. By the following Monday Michele had 14 offers for us to review!!

When the first choice buyers unscrupulously reneged after already signing a contract with us, Michele immediately went to work negotiating with our second choice buyers. Within a day she had negotiated terms more favorable to us than their initial offer. From that point everything moved smoothly and we closed in less that 3 weeks after or first meeting with her.

We couldn't have been more satisfied with the results. The process was almost completely painless and what's more Michele is a very nice person and delightful to work with. We would recommend her without hesitation!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Bartlett, Oakland, CA.
Michele came recommended by a friend. She was up front from the beginning, and explained the process of selling our home clearly and patiently. Michele walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, was very responsive and gave us regular updates. She is obviously very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes in the area and we would highly recommend her as your real estate agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in Berkeley, CA.
Michelle was great. Always available to answer questions or look at a property.

In a market where cash is King, we were buying with financing. She was able to steer us through the process to make a strong offer, including the "back up" position that eventually resulted in the purchase of the house we most desired.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Alameda, CA.
As relatively new residents to the East Bay, my fiance and I had been looking at open houses in Alameda, Oakland and El Sobrante for a few weeks just to get an idea for what the housing market was like. We met Michele at an Alameda open house in January and she stood out to us with her honesty which impressed us because most of the other realtors we had met at open houses seemed more interested in making a quick buck off of us than anything else. So we gave her a call several days later to chat and get the MLS listings.

The Bay Area housing market is a daunting one because it is very competitive with little inventory in desirable areas unless you are rich so Michele did a great job on educating us on what to look for and how to get our offer accepted. And it worked! We are happy to say that we closed on a home in Alameda which has great schools, great dining options and a safe community.

Michele gets an A+ for customer service as she responds promptly and spends as much time as you need. I totally recommend her if you are in the market for buying a home.

Bought a home in 2014.
Michele came with a strong recommendation from a friend who was very happy with their recent home purchase. On the first weekend we met to tour houses, she impressed us with her knowledge of the Oakland neighborhoods and had thoroughly researched the properties of interest. She saved the best for last and walked us through our "dream home." Michele was able to find the perfect match for us that filled all of our criteria!

Throughout the entire process, Michele was extremely responsive, thorough, and a great negotiator during sticky situations. She was 100% committed to help us close escrow during the very busy and stressful holiday season. Michele always had a very positive and encouraging outlook on the entire process and guided us through our first home buying experience. She's amazing!! We look forward to working with Michele in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Maxwell Park, Oakland, CA.
My partner and I just bought our first house with the immeasurable guidance of Michele Senitzer. Michele led us thoughtfully and patiently through this stressful and uncertain process from beginning to end, and quickly understood the qualities important to us in a home. Not only is she wonderfully easy to work with, Michele's savvy and knowledge allowed us to close on a dream home in a highly competitive market. She worked with us through inspections and complications to the very end, and was smart, kind and supportive throughout. If you are hunting for a home, you need Michele on your side.
