Without Michele we wouldn't have bought the right house for our family. We'd worked with another agent before Michele and felt that agent didn't understand our preferences or needs -- she kept showing us houses that simply were not right (neighborhood, floor plan, cost, etc.), and sighing, "Okay. What's wrong with *this* one?" when we turned down each one. So we found Michele and very quickly found the right house. But it was already under offer. Oh no! Regardless, Michele pointed us to other houses that would work for us but nothing quite clicked...until Michele discovered that the offer on "right house" we'd found had fallen through. She moved quickly to arrange a viewing, organize the paperwork, and negotiate an offer -- even going so far as working with her management to squeeze the very last dollar possible out of our budget -- that ultimately proved successful. (Note: This was all during the real estate boom years. Could she have sold us less of a house at a higher price? Probably. But she didn't; she knew our budget and empathized with our needs, and made the situation work.)

Michele also helped us rent a townhome for a few years, and then sell it some time later. Again, she worked hard to ensure the sale went smoothly, acting with poise and nerves of steel in negotiating with the buyers' agent.

Michele truly cares about her clients. She knows that families need different kinds of spaces to each other in order to be happy in their homes. She and her team work aggressively to meet these needs, dedicating significant time and energy to get the right house at the right price. We truly appreciated the work Michele did for us, and have enormous enthusiasm for recommending her and her team without reservation.
