Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Pasco, WA.
I was referred to Michelle by a friend and was absolutely happy to have her as my Agent. I would recommend her to anyone that has plenty of questions about the home buying process. She is practical in her approach and cares that you find what you are looking for. She is patient and accommodating with requests and seemed to have no problem contacting the sellers with questions or just making time to show properties. Very happy with her professionalism and her encouragement. Not pushy or difficult at all.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Richland, WA.
I was looking for a home for a long time, over a year. At first I experience a different realtor which was just there for the sale. I quickly became frustrated and I was about to give up; then I asked a friend if he knew a realtor. That is when I met the most enthusiastic, warm, and knowledgeable realtor, Michelle Bouchey!!!! Michelle made my home buying experience wonderful and such a pleasure over-all.
During the entire process I never felt rushed to look at a house and make a decision; in fact I was encouraged to look at many houses. Michelle possesses an uncanny ability to read and interpret body language also. She often knew that the house we were looking at was not the right one before I vocalized it.
Michelle was patient and listened to my desires and was willing to educate and inform me throughout the process. She was there to hold my hand when I was impatient or worried about how things were going. Additionally, she went the extra mile to do the research, not only to provide me with MLS listings that met my needs, but to predict the outcome of the appraisal on the house I wanted and ultimately bought.
