My business background is in the restaurant and hotel/motel
industry. Our family business of 50 years was retail ladies wear
which I had always been involved in.
Our last store closed in 1989 and I relocated to N.Palm Beach.
In 1990 I came to Stuart and have made it my home ever since..
I live on the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Hutchinson Island
has been my center of operation.

If the market has a high inventory buyers can tour more and
negotiate from a position of strength.
Using sophisticated marketing tools to analyze pricing trends
reassures a buyer that now may be the right time to buy.
There may be many homes available, not every seller will accept
a low offer on their property. Knowing recent closed sales in a
price range provides another negotiating advantage.
While working with sellers I enlighten them to recent sales so
they may make informed decisions. With the seller aware they
can decide as to whether to lower the price or hold.
