Michelle and her team were extraordinary with the level of knowledge they have for short sales. I have heard several horror stories about short sales, and was extremely nervous about taking the plunge. After meeting with Michelle for the first time I felt more at ease with the process and as time went on I had every confidence that my husband and I were making the right decision for our family. We prayed for God to send us someone who would truly care about our needs and knew what we really wanted in a home. We wanted a home that catered to our family, finances, and employment.
