Michelle and her team were extraordinary with the level of knowledge they have for short sales. I have heard several horror stories about short sales, and was extremely nervous about taking the plunge. After meeting with Michelle for the first time I felt more at ease with the process and as time went on I had every confidence that my husband and I were making the right decision for our family. The whole procedure was positive and Michelle surpassed my expectations. I would recommend Michelle and her team for any reality services, but most of all for her service that she provided for my family who needed to short sale their home for financial situations. The overall process was very professional, extremely timely, and proficient. Thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided it was greatly appreciated. Michelle is one of the finest real estate agents I have encountered...she is very bright and does not waste precious time in dealing with the client's needs. We prayed for God to send us someone who would truly care about our needs and knew what we really wanted in a home. We wanted a home that catered to our family, finances, and employment. Michelle was that answer. She made the whole process painless and worry free! She took the stress and anxiety of buying a home completely away. Michelle is honestly the best at what she does!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2009 in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
Michelle is a true professional...she understands the market and is current on all trends and developments. She knows the entire city, is qualified and very competent on both the buying and selling side of the business. She is a pleasure to deal with as is her support system (husband Joel) --- they make an amazing team. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Michelle Minik was very eager and aggressive from the beginning. When we first met she had done her homework for all things needed in selling our home and she was prepared on how and when would be the best time to sell. She was always positive and encouraging.
I could get ahold of her at any time, including nights and weekends. Michelle was honest when it came to offers and always kept us informed. She forwarded emails from and all correspondence from other realtors regarding our property. I never felt in the dark.
I would highly recommened Michelle Minik as a realtor!

Super neat!! I love that you commented on how I am always available. That is something I do pride myself on. I know how stressful it can be when people cannot get a hold of their Realtor and I never want that to happen to one of my clients. I debated on working with a realtor for many reasons, but after checking out Michelle’s web site & reading her reviews I knew I had to meet her. Words cannot describe how lucky I am to have worked with Michelle. She is absolutely, positively a great person & a phenomenal agent. Michelle shows commitment, dedication AND her No-BS attitude are qualities I never expected to find in a realtor! She made it happen for me and I was so pleased with her attitude and dedication that I recommended her to my family, friends, and continue to give her name to anyone I know that might be looking to buy. I can honestly say Michelle will work hard for you and truly do everything possible to make your deal work!

For my 55th review I am pretty happy about this one. Another client became my friend. And we both feel that I did a great job. LOL. On a more serious note I do appreciate the Kudos as we worked hard to find a solid investment/home. I have really grown to love Buckeye, particularly the Sundance community where this is located. Michelle is very talented real estate professional who is very structured with a thorough understanding of the real estate selling process. Michelle had answers to all our questions and was able to successfully avoid unexpected issues that could have been detrimental to selling the property. Michelle knows the valley's real estate market like the back of her hand. She was very astute in matching our wants and needs with a community that's a perfect fit for our life style. She gets the job done and follows up with clients even after closing. We bought in a new home community, and with her help, we got better service after closing, than hassling with the builder on our own. She is a true professional.

That is so nice of you. I do strive to listen to what my clients are wanting. Even though they lived in the North Valley and had been looking there for several years to buy they ended up in a fantastic community in the SouthWest Valley which gave them more "bang for their buck". Amazing lot with an amazing house to boot.

Michelle has excellent reviews online and I am very glad I have found her. She is very pleasant to work with, and she was able to find a seller for my home in Phoenix within 2 weeks! The entire process was effortless and seamless, especially for an out-state investor like me! I am very happy with her work and would highly recommend her.

Michelle was very attentive and professional. The whole proces went smotthly and quickly and took less than a month for my property to sell. No headaches, no hassles. I highly recommend her to anyone who's trying to get there home sold. She got me the maximum amount on the sale.
