Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $750K in Bodega Bay, CA.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Jenner, CA.

Bought a home in 2013.

Michelle Mozell is a very well informed, experienced realtor. Integrity is high in Michelle's stack of values which I sadly must admit is not a common trait amongst realtors overall. If Michelle doesn't know the answer, she will find out for you. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who wants to sell their home and not have to wonder if their realtor is in their corner during the marketing and sale of their home or property. I would also recommend Michelle to anyone seeking to buy a property as she will set you up with your own portal and will tread where other realtors refrain, we have ventured to view some incredible territory, surprisingly magnificent, but not necessarily easily accessible.

Over the past three years, I have had in depth expansive and many times unexpected experiences with realtors in Silicon Valley while interviewing and preparing my 25 yr homestead where I raised my children for sale in Palo Alto, CA. The agent I hired, who claims to be " the #1 Realtor in America," has a law degree - and uses his legal knowledge to his own advantage, bending every law to his advantage and not his clients. DeLeon completely undersold my home to a friend of his while simultaneously selling his friends house- when his friends house didn't sell for immediately, he put mine on a 90 day extension and never told me he was double dealing me. Finally, his title company, Chicago Title in Los Altos, refused to send me closing documents for 6 months, ultimately sent all my records, private data and personal bank accounts with every detail a hacker would need to clean out my account without a trace, over the internet to me. I had to change out all of my accounts,

Given the worst of integrity in real estate agents and witnessing first hand how a realtor -broker with a law degree can deliberately work behind your back to their sole advantage. Integrity and Trust is paramount in this industry and it is often very hard to find in realtors who are many times only interested in their bottom line.

Michelle has the integrity and toughness to persevere difficult issues, legalities and county technicalities to your advantage without compromising her integrity and would never cross the legal boundaries or succumb to the common fate realtors suffer: greed.
