Ratings & Reviews

We found Michelle by chance on Zillow after deciding we wanted to relocate to Bodega Bay. We were immediately impressed with her expertise and knowledge of the available real estate, as well as her excellent knowledge of the local area. She always provided us with immediate and patient responses to our every question and need. She understood what we wanted in our home search, and showed us homes that met our specifications. She paid attention to every detail, making sure that every item was complete and on time, which is required through the complex real estate purchase process these days. She was on top of every date and deadline, and provided excellent assistance in our negotiation efforts. Would recommend her to everyone. We have nothing but excellent praise and high regard for her honesty, integrity, and overall performance as a true professional.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Jenner, CA.

Michelle is very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a property, be it a large sale or a small sale as ours was. She was in contact at all times through the process and treated us with the upmost respect. I would recommend her highly and she will be the first person I call if buying or selling comes about again.

Bought a home in 2013 in Summerhome Park, Forestville, CA 95436.

Michelle Mozell is a very well informed, experienced realtor. Integrity is high in Michelle's stack of values which I sadly must admit is not a common trait amongst realtors overall. If Michelle doesn't know the answer, she will find out for you. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who wants to sell their home and not have to wonder if their realtor is in their corner during the marketing and sale of their home or property. I would also recommend Michelle to anyone seeking to buy a property as she will set you up with your own portal and will tread where other realtors refrain, we have ventured to view some incredible territory, surprisingly magnificent, but not necessarily easily accessible.

Over the past three years, I have had in depth expansive and many times unexpected experiences with realtors in Silicon Valley while interviewing and preparing my 25 yr homestead where I raised my children for sale in Palo Alto, CA. The agent I hired, who claims to be " the #1 Realtor in America," has a law degree - and uses his legal knowledge to his own advantage, bending every law to his advantage and not his clients. DeLeon completely undersold my home to a friend of his while simultaneously selling his friends house- when his friends house didn't sell for immediately, he put mine on a 90 day extension and never told me he was double dealing me. Finally, his title company, Chicago Title in Los Altos, refused to send me closing documents for 6 months, ultimately sent all my records, private data and personal bank accounts with every detail a hacker would need to clean out my account without a trace, over the internet to me. I had to change out all of my accounts,

Given the worst of integrity in real estate agents and witnessing first hand how a realtor -broker with a law degree can deliberately work behind your back to their sole advantage. Integrity and Trust is paramount in this industry and it is often very hard to find in realtors who are many times only interested in their bottom line.

Michelle has the integrity and toughness to persevere difficult issues, legalities and county technicalities to your advantage without compromising her integrity and would never cross the legal boundaries or succumb to the common fate realtors suffer: greed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in South Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.

My home search began in January of 2008 and I did not close on my house until June of 2010. In that time I changed my search criteria no less than 50 times, viewed over 100 homes, offered on several properties and cancelled every contract that was accepted. In short, I was a Realtor’s worst nightmare. I was young, a first time home buyer and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for, but Michelle NEVER once complained about my fickleness, she never became impatient nor did she lose hope. Instead, she educated me on the different areas of Maricopa County; she showed me the differences in the neighborhoods, showed me a variety of homes, helped me understand the pros and cons of my options and ultimately helped me find exactly what I was looking for, not to mention she also negotiated a price that was well under appraised value. I believe Michelle has all of the qualities that make a great Realtor. She is educated, honest, trustworthy, compliant, patient and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and am grateful I had her representing me when I bought my home.

Michelle was a bull dog fighting our corner from start to finish. Her comprehensive knowledge of all things real estate and negotiation are second to none. It was very very impressive buying our house with her at the helm.

Bought a home in 2012 in Central City, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

Buying a property is stressful to say the least but this experience was great. I was looking for a very specific property and Michelle was very dilligent and patient. She is a master researcher and can find out a lot of information about a property in no time. She has a high level of competency and expertise and operates with extraordinary care and fiduciary concern. She always responded immediately to my questions or concerns. Top notch!
