Michelle was introduced to us by a mutual acquaintance who knew we were interested in acquiring real estate in Hawaii. She responded to their call immediately, determined what type of property we were looking for and began her search. We wanted 2-3 acres with a 4 br, 3b home. She helped us narrow the search to Kauai and began emailing available property information to us. She also put us in touch with a mortgage company in Hawaii and through email, fax & phone we were preapproved for a mortgage. This helped us determine the price range we should investigate. After about 3 months, we made plans to meet her on Kauai to view some properties we were interested in. This was our first face to face meeting. She was professional, personable and we were impressed with how easily she worked with the local realtors. Each day, with the help of laptops and Blackberry phones, we had several properties to view. We viewed 15-20 properties and on the sixth day we found what we were looking for. She submitted our offer, it was accepted and we went right into escrow. We submitted the offer the latter part of Sept and had possession Nov 1. Everything flowed smoothly and again was done by email and fax. Paperwork was FedExed to a local title company that was acquainted with us. It was a very stress-free buying experience and Michelle was a good portion of that ease.…More Less
