Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Collierville, TN.
When I first learned we would be moving to Memphis form Florida I began using the internet to house hunt. One night I posted a question on the internet and immediately Michele Amen called. She was just what I needed; bringing focus and a plan to my house hunting endeavor.
What we liked most about Michele- she wasn't there to show us houses, she was there to match us with a house we would love, get us to closing and into the house. Michele provided us with excellent recommendations, advice and assistance throughout the process.
After we met Michele it was only 4 weeks and we were moving into our new home.

When we started looking for a home we called numerous agents and Michelle was the only one who returned our call promptly. We told her the area we were looking at and what we wanted. She met with us the next day with a list of homes for us to look at. Michelle listened to our wants so well that we found our home that day. Whenever we had questions Michelle was always there. She has walked through the whole process with us.

You can't go wrong with Michelle. She was so very helpful and patient with us not to mention down to earth and hilarious. She was absolutely the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She was able to answer any questions we had and we felt like she couldn't have been more honest with us. It was our first home buying experience and we were completely clueless but she made it all as simple and understanding as possible. Michelle Amen is a blessing for me and my husband! She is one of the most amazing women you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting! Buying a home is a scary thing, especially for first time home buyers like us but Michelle made it more than easy! She took us out and we looked at home after home until we found the perfect one for us! Once that was done and we started on the offers, Michelle was makin sure we were getting what we wanted out of the bargain and not having to settle for anything. She really does have your best interest at heart! If you're not using Michelle as an agent, you're just not using the right one!
