Listings are pulled from data entered directly by listing agent, ads placed - such as Homes and Land Magazine, and other websites with direct feeds to Zillow that update according to internal schedules. Although price is right now (due to new update from Homes and Land), it could go back to a previously published price when an update occurs from another servicer. Because it pulls from so many sources to gather as much data as possible, it's not a perfect system. I hope that helps you understand the way Zillow works! :o) MichelleB - Listing Agent
This home falls under the standard tax umbrella for Yucaipa at about 1.1% of the purchase price. There are a couple of voter-approved bond taxes for schools/paramedics that would apply here. To be safe, estimate the taxes a little high at 1.2% (or about $585 per month at the asking price).
