Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Apopka, FL.
Michelle Bardsley exceeded all my expectations for a realtor. She has such a great character which made her naturally excellent at her job. I had started using a few realtors before meeting Michelle and in one way or another they didn't quite meet the high standards I expected. Michelle possessed the perfect balance of being very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient. She was obviously genuinely nice, yet she was always on top of things, ensuring every detail and communication was taken care of very quickly. Bought a home in 2008.
Michelle assisted us in locating a vacation property in the Orlando, FL area and was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I live in North Carolina and Michelle was very helpful in lining up properties for us to look at on a couple of trips down to the area and did a wonderful job of getting us the property at the best price. It took many visits to find just what we were looking for and Michelle kept a great sense of humor about it and was always right there to show us a property that fit our requests.
