Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $375K in Norwood, MA.
Michelle helped us purchase our first home. Being new to the process she was extremely helpful in explaining the details and always letting us know what to expect next. She helped us negotiate a better price by convincing us to walk away when the seller wasn't negotiating and a month later when the house was still on the market they were much more willing to work with us. And after the purchase she was always willing to help - whether lending us a ladder, letting us borrow paint samples to test out colors or even giving us furniture other clients were getting rid. We still interact with Michelle and have invited her over to the house numerous times to see our updates. We will definitely use Michelle again if/when we sell in the future!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.1M in Newton, MA.
Michelle is a truly outstanding realtor and person. She loves houses, their character, history and understanding the communities they are in. She also loves helping people and will work tirelessly for her clients whether it be through the process of learning about an area, house hunting and ultimately finding the perfect home or preparing and selling a home in a tough market. She is very genuine, honest and simply great to work with. She helped us sell our million dollar plus home earlier this year. I highly recommend her.
I strongly discourage any buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords to work with this realtor - I don't think you can trust her for your real estate business.
