My wife and I were looking to get out of the city and buy our first home. My wife and Tami were old friends and we knew initially that she would be a good fit for us. She knew the SCV area very well, and that's where we wanted to move. Tami started out by showing us a wide variety of homes in order to get a feel for what we were looking for. She took all matters into account including comfortable prices, type of neighborhood, and the number of rooms we wanted. She even kept us away from places that she knew had that hidden mello-roos that we wanted to avoid. It didn't take long for us to realize that of all the homes she showed us, there was a particular floor plan that we were very attached to. They were in the right neighborhood, had the right number of rooms, and were just in range of being affordable for us. The only downside tended to be that the yards were pretty small. For a starter home though, we knew that there would be trade-offs. In a few weeks, we found precisely what we were looking for. It was a house of the aforementioned floor-plan, and it was a corner lot, which meant a bigger yard. It also had some amazing features that made it stand out from the other homes we looked at. But unfortunately, because the sellers would not come down on the price, we had to eventually let it go. Tami did everything within her power to get us into that house though. She even offered to reduce her commission significantly to have them accept our offer price. But they would not budge. After that home came and went, we entered into a month-long dry spell. Tami would continue to email us periodically telling us that she was still searching for us but that there was nothing popping up in the market. Then it happened. Out of the blue, I received an email from Tami with the Subject saying: "Must go see today!". I look at the listing to find that it was another home of the floor-plan we wanted, and that it was another corner lot! I looked at the pictures and imagined the rest. I wrote an offer on this house, sight-unseen, and then headed over to ensure that it really was what we were looking for. Sure enough, it is the house that ultimately became our home. Tami knew exactly what we wanted out of our house. Perhaps what we were looking for was usually out of our price range, with the exception of the homes with our favorite floor-plan. I had no trouble writing an offer before even visiting the house for the first time because I trusted that Tami knew what she was doing. Tami tirelessly and passionately worked to get us the home that we wanted, and I am so grateful to her. Thanks Tami!

Mike Bjorkman has been my realtor since 2004 and I will not go to anyone else but him! His knowledge in real estate, he pays attention to what exactly you are looking for, he has the best team on his side and they all go beyond the call of duty from the time you start till after you moved in and even then will still check up on you to make sure all your needs have been met. After a terrible experience with an inexperienced realtor, Mike came in like a super hero and took control of our train wreck of a home sale. He priced our home correctly. He marketed like a machine. Calling him a professional in the real estate market doesn’t give him enough credit. He utilizes the power of social media, and provides real time feedback on home showings and even the amount of photo views and traffic via the internet. RoxAnne Webber-Eason was our agent. We chose to work with her because of her knowledge of our neighborhood and the excellent way that she uses the internet. Before listing our condo we received many timely notices of other activity in the complex. While our property was listed we received weekly reports of visitors to our online listing. RoxAnne had a professional photographer come in and take a complete set of photos which were displayed in the listing. We received prompt phone calls from RoxAnne at every turn in the negotiations and during the escrow process.
