Hello there.  My name is Mike.  I am an experienced real estate agent who has been in the business for over 6 years, specializing in simplifying the home buying process for first time home buyers.   My moto is "Understanding Clients' Needs, Fulfilling Buyers' Dreams."

In addition to working with first time home buyers, I also work with many investors looking to purchase and sell real estate, and assisting sellers maximize the value of their property.  Clients inform me that the reason they work with me is because they know their interests are always put first and foremost.  Since, joining HomeStarr Realty three years ago, the company has allowed me to save my clients a tremendous amount of money due to its excellent business model.  When I list my sellers' homes I don't hope it sells, I will sell it.

Over each of the past two years I have been nominated "Top Producer Status" by numerous real estate websites including Movoto.com and Zillow.com.  My success can be attributed from my unique business model which focuses on saving buyers money and helping sellers net more money.

I am a local agent living in Horsham and have offices located in Warminster, Southampton, Bensalem and Montgomeryville.  I am a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and also am the author of a book called "The Professional Code of Conduct" which can be found in Barnes and Noble and several other fine book stores.

When I am not selling real estate I enjoy playing baseball/softball, bowling, working on my Corvette, fishing, riding on the wave runners or any other beach activities.  I also enjoy talking real estate with people in casual conversations and dinner events.
