Mike helped me buy my first house and did an awesome job! Whenever I had any questions or couldn't get hold of someone he always did his best to help me out and get me what I needed. I appreciate all the help and would definitly recommend to someone looking to buy.

Mike is a great realtor. He was very responsive and knowledgable about the area in which we were looking to buy. Mike worked well with the sales realtor and worked quickly to get our paperwork filed and finished on time. Our transition was smooth and we had zero problems finding our first home!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Mayfair, Philadelphia, PA.
Mike Bottaro helped us find our first home in early January. We had looked at a few houses before making the decision on the one we live in now. We only had made one other offer on another house, but we did not like what they were offering. We had then found our house we wanted more then anything. Mike had taken us there a few times to look at it, and then we knew it was the home we had been dreaming of. We immediately put in an offer around 10 pm, after the second time seeing it, and even though it was late at night, Mike was there to do all of the paperwork. I had told my boyfriend, that if we did not make the offer that night, there was a very good chance we could end up losing out on a great house. We finished the paperwork for the house after 11 o'clock at night. That next day they had accepted our offer. I couldn't be happier with our home, and it would have never been possible if Mike was not there for us that night. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends looking for future homes, as well as if he is still in the business when we look for our next home!! TEAM MIKE!!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Downingtown, PA.
We had tried to sell our home by owner for over 6 months with no success and zero offers. We finally decided to use Mike because we were out of time. Mike thought he could sell it quickly and he was right. He sold our home in 10 days. He secured multiple offers (3) for the full asking price. The closing process went smoothly and before we knew it, there was a check in our hands. Mike guided us through the process of selling a home for the first time and I would strongly recommend him to family and friends who are considering buying or selling a home.
