Bought a home in 2012.
Mike was extremely helpful and honest in helping our son purchase his first home. Mike was timely in returning phone calls and texts and was always willing to work around our schedules to show us properties of interest (even on Saturdays with the Buckeyes playing:). Mike has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable regarding real estate. I would highly recommend Mike Laemmle team for any real estate needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Grove City, OH.
Michael Laemmle was everything a realtor should be, he was honest, responsive, knowledgeable of the market and I never felt rushed or pressured. Michael showed me many homes over a 8 month period of time. Each one he pointed out pro's and con's. Teaching me along the way.
Michael always gave me the feeling of doing business with a friend and not a realtor, lets be honest. Buying a home is a stressful process and Michael and the Laemmle team was with me every step of the way. I bought a short sale so there is many additional huddles involved but with Michael I had total confidence. And I found a home I love!
This was my second home purchase and Michael was easily the best realtor I have worked with. I would recommend Michael to anyone who would like a partner in the home buying process who wants to do business with someone who cares as much about your as you do your home. Mike is a great guy and the right choice as your realtor.
