I was considering selling my house last year, so I called Mike. He came out and gave me an estimate on the house, which I thought was a little low. He gave me a couple of update ideas to improve the value of my home. So I’m working on those. But I will definitely call Mike! He has such a gung ho attitude, I know he can sell it!

Michael Laemmle was everything a realtor should be, he was honest, responsive, knowledgeable of the market and I never felt rushed or pressured. Michael showed me many homes over a 8 month period of time. Each one he pointed out pro's and con's. Teaching me along the way.

Michael always gave me the feeling of doing business with a friend and not a realtor, lets be honest. Buying a home is a stressful process and Michael and the Laemmle team was with me every step of the way. I bought a short sale so there is many additional huddles involved but with Michael I had total confidence. And I found a home I love!

This was my second home purchase and Michael was easily the best realtor I have worked with. I would recommend Michael to anyone who would like a partner in the home buying process who wants to do business with someone who cares as much about your as you do your home. Mike is a great guy and the right choice as your realtor.

Mike and his team did an excellent job throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of our new family home. My house was in contract within 30 days of listing.
