ABOUT MIKE:

Mike is the founding partner of the Lamartina Group. With over fifteen years of real estate investing experience, in 2009 Mike turned his focus to helping other in pursuit of the AMERICAN dream.  Making the home buying and selling process understandable and achievable is and always will be his primary goal.

Mike is a member of the St. Charles County Board of Realtors, and has served as a Director on the Board (2012). He is an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist).

Mike is a multi-million producer and is a member of the Diamond Society and Presidents Club.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Saint Charles, MO.

Mike Lamartina was absolutely fantastic, both in the purchase of our home in 2011 and the sale of the same home in 2014. He was respectful, responsive, and ALWAYS went above and beyond the 'call-of-duty' from our eyes to be of better service to my wife and I. I cannot think of very many individuals who would leave the golf course to help out a client on a moment's notice, especially after the sale (while buying in 2011) was completed! One can easily tell how much Mike truly loves his job and how much he cares about his clients which made the decision to again choose Mike as our selling agent was a no-brainer, we didn't even have to look elsewhere. Mike made it very easy for us, gave us very descriptive guidelines on how to prepare the house for showing, and was very helpful throughout the process. Our house was on the market for a very short time, 1 week, and was due to his preparation and knowledge of the market and how to get the word out on our listing. Thanks Mike for all you did to help us out, I will recommend your services to anyone!  More Less

Sold a home in 2014.

We absolutely loved working with Mike and his assistant Sydnea. They helped us sell what was our very first home and helped us find our new home. It having been our first time selling a home and having been many years since buying our last, we were very nervous but upon meeting Mike the very first time we knew we were in good hands. Both Mike and Sydnea were knowledgable and personable. It felt like we were dealing with family friends instead of two people we had just met. They were always honest and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind so we felt like we could trust them which is huge in our opinion when dealing with a real estate agent.
