Mike was always available and flexible when working with us. He provided some great suggestions and was invaluable when it came time to make an offer. We would not be in our new home if we did not have Mike's help!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Kingsgate, Kirkland, WA.

Mike and Lachelle are an excellent team that demonstrated tenacity, honor and high ehtical standards. They managed a difficult sales scenario for me and keep a nearly year long sales cycle moving forward while exceeding their commitments, responding to sometimes difficult mortgage companies and keeping the buyer engaged. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the consumate professionals to handle their real estate transaction. Thanks Mike and Lachelle!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Seattle, WA.

Mike assisted me with the short sale of my home. He was very confident going in that the home would sell, and was realistic with the pricing and time frame of selling, given the current real estate climate. He was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns I had, coordinated open houses clearly and reported back how they went right away.

I would recommend Mike McFarland to anyone who is selling their home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Newport Hills, Bellevue, WA.

I would recommend Mike McFarland because he is professional and very serious. He has much local knowledge and can handle all types of transactions in this given economy. I was impressed by his thoroughness and knowledge of the market. He is very calm and very easy to work with. He respects your feelings even though it can be an emotional ride selling or buying a house, he keeps the buyer/seller balanced. Here are three words to describe him: steady; balanced; successful.

Choose him, you will have no worries.

Mike works with Team McFarland which also includes his business associate Lachelle McFarland. Lachelle is extremely knowledgeable about the banking side, the laws, the rules of lending, the processes.

Together they make a solid team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Seattle, WA.

The whole short sale process took a very long time, this could have been entirely due to the non-responsive mortgage companies. I take issue with the only "proof" I will receive for non-deficiency on my loans will be "an approval letter that is only effective pending close of escrow" and nothing more. This does not make me feel comfortable and this agent has now washed their hands of any further dealings in this matter, now that they have received their commission. I am very disappointed. Maybe that fault lies in myself for expecting an ironclad closure to the process.

In response to your review, in a short sale the lender gives the seller a letter prior to closing approving the closing and terms of the deficiency. In this instance the deficiency is waived upon closing- the goal of most all sellers in a short sale. We are sorry for your disappointment.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Martha Lake, Lynnwood, WA.

As a 1st time home buyer, this was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. We were on pins and needles from the moment we put in our offer until we closed. The only thing that helped me keep my head on straight, besides my beautiful fiancee, was Mike. His wisdom, guidance, and calm, confident demeanor ensured that I got a very good deal and maintained my sanity through a very difficult process with a very stubborn seller. Mike McFarland was my guide as I wandered into the vast, unexplored wilderness of real estate; and I came out the other side a proud, happy homeowner.

Bought a home in 2011.

Mike and Lachelle are fantastic realtors and we will definitely go with them again when we buy our next home. They were with us through every step of the process, both the ups and downs. Most importantly we knew they were acting as our advocates while being professional at all times. Though we were pre-approved for our loan and then were denied financing at closing, they were still by our sides working with the seller to return our earnest money. We would recommend Mike and Lachelle to anyone, they truly want to help you find the best home for you and your family.
