Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $1.05M in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.
Mike Mora did a great job in helping me find a home. He was always available and very professional. It took us about 3 months to find the right home but when we did he was great at negotiating, working with the sellers, and getting our offer accepted. I would highly recommend Mike Mora to anyone looking for a home in San Diego county.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Mission Beach, San Diego, CA.
Mike Mora and I were involved with a short sale that took one year and one month...The process was not the issue it was the people we had to deal with that were so unprofessional that all of us that were pushing for me to get this done said."we have never worked with people that are so unprofessional!" Mike was never out of line with his wordings and was on this sale to get me my condo...You can be assured that there were many times that he had to calm me down and keep at this sale....he closed this condo for me and i find him other calients because i know he is the closier to getting your happiness...short saales are not for the meek, and he did on and above to closisure.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Point Loma Heights, San Diego, CA.
Mr. Mora was revered to me by an old friend as I live in Hawaii and did not have any real knowledge of the San Diego real estate market. Mike listed the house at the right price and I had five offers with in 3 days of listing the property and it sold for above the asking price. As a first time homebuyer the entire purchasing process can be frustrating and nerve racking. Mike Mora was extremely professional and knew his profession from top to bottom which made everything much easier. Mike knew the market and guided me through the process to get me the best deal possible. He anticipated the seller's responses and was constantly thinking several steps ahead which resulted in saving me money and putting me in my dream home! I worked with Mike to find my new home this summer. Being a first time home purchaser/owner, I was a bit nervous about the process (to say the least :)). Upon our first meeting, I knew Mike would be a great fit for me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and offered up additional insight that I had not yet thought of. I found Mike very attentive, but not pushy and appreciated that.
When I was ready to move forward he was extremely professional in putting together an offer and working with the sales agent. He kept in constant communication and always had my best interests in mind.
I also found Mike very beneficial throughout the loan process. I found his advice sound and trustworthy. I travel a lot for work and was not always readily available. He was of great help keeping the process moving and being available on my schedule. He always made me feel like a top priority.
I've been in my new home for 2 months now and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Mike to help you as well!
