Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Hartford, WI.
Sue and the Mike Polega Team went above and beyond any expectations I had. All staff were very helpful. There would always be someone available for prompt responses to questions. Not only were they very knowledgable, but very friendly and treated me like I was family. The time and patience they gave allowed me to buy a wonderful home for my family. Thank you Mike Polega Team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Brookfield, WI.
Mike definitley had to use his extensive negotiating expertise and professional knowledge in the sale of our home. The buyer for our home was from out of the country and was paying cash from an international bank. Both of these areas were admittingly new to Mike, but that did not stop him from researching the best possible methods of negotiating, and from working tirelessly to get to closing. I firmly believe that if Mike had not been our realtor this initial accepted offer would not have led to a closing.When small problems came up he physically showed up to investigate the problem and to support our family as the seller. We will continue to work with Mike as we search for our next home.

Bought a home in 2012.
Michael polega and his team are highly professional, able to work together and always be available. His team was very flexible with home showings. They had a large knowledge base as to any information on the home far exceeding what was disclosed on the information sheets. They also new price ranges that would be acceptable or unacceptable to offer. It got to a point they new exactly what I was looking for so if I would ask to see a house that they knew wouldn't fit my liking they were able to tell me why that house might not be a good one to look at, but they always gave me an option of still seeing it or not. I have worked with several different companies and many different agents as this was my fifth house that I have bought in the past 10 years, and this is the most professional and complete team of realtors I have ever worked with. I plan on sticking with them on any future purchases.

Sold a home in 2011.
My wife and I were at the point to give up and accept the fact that we were "stuck" in a house we could not sell and worse did not want to be in any more. Due to the recession and such, our house like millions of others lost "value" and put us in a position that would not allow us to sell without losing a small fortune. We then talked to Mike and he gave us the reassuring feeling that our house will sell and will sell for a fair price. Being in a market (town) that was pretty dead at the time, in regards to real estate transactions, we did not get many showing for the first few months. After a few planned price adjustments and still very little activity, Mike pulled out the big guns. Mike is a pro at marketing and marketing strategy. I will not go into details as you should contact Mike and ask him yourself about his marketing strategies. Nonetheless, 4 months after we listed we got an offer and accepted. The offer closing date was aggresive and we had 28 days to pack, move out and find a new house. The first weekend we started looking we looked at 17 houses. We ended up making an offer on one of those and we are in that house now. Happier than ever. Mike really did a great job and did really make our dream come true. We will always be grateful for the hard work Mike did as we were convinced that we were stuck. Mike does not know what the word "stuck" means and he will sell your house. Period.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Michael Polega was highly recommened to us. We met him and felt he was familiar with our area and would be able to help us in selling our home. He was always there either by phone or in person when we needed him with a question or a problem that came up. He listened to our concerns and then offered advice on how best to handle the problem. From our first meeting, to the listing and on to the closing we found him and his office staff very efficient.

Sold a home in 2011.
We had faith and trust in the Polega Team and that's why we hired them. And as expected, they came through. We were given recommendations and trusted those recommendations and complied with them. We had an accepted offer within a couple weeks. I was very thankful because there's more important things to do in life than keep a near spotless house. I also believe in their theory that the longer the house stays on the market, the less you're going to get for it, so I would recommend them and suggest you follow their recommendations.

Sold a home in 2011.
My husband and I have bought two houses and sold two with the Mike Polega team. Every step of the way we have been impressed. On our last search we looked at almost 40 houses and Mike and his team were very patient. They wanted us to find our dream house and kept scheduling showings until we did. My entire family has used the Mike Polega team (add another 1 sold and 2 bought to our tally!) and have had great results. We would (and have) recommend Mike and his team to friends as well. They are excellent in all they do!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in West Bend, WI.
Mike was very knowlegable about the area and things to look for in a house. For example this was a hybred condo. It is a single family house but part of a condo association and the selling relator didn't know this and Mike had to make sure the correct offer was written. He was also very knowlegable about the insolation and construction of the house. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
