I specialize in helping people buy and sell real estate. I've represented those who have sold 100's of houses and those who are first time home buyers. My business is evenly split between brokering the buy and sell side of the transaction because I really enjoy the process each side offers.

As a seller's representative, my goal is to sell your house for the highest price possible.  Often times, I have sold homes higher than my clients initially thought or expected because I knew based on my knowledge and research that we could garner a higher price. I employ all of the most effective marketing tactics to get your home sold for top value.

As a buyer's representative, my goal is to help you purchase your dream house and also educate you on the correct purchase price & terms so that you're paying under or at the correct market value of the house. I want you to make a wise financial and investment decision. There are a whole host of terms and details to every deal that can be the deciding factor between getting the home of your dreams. I pride myself on emphatically analyzing every house we view prior to making an offer. I am looking for foundation issues, examining the roof, observing the HVAC and plumbing. Ultimately, I will let you know whether the home possesses the key traits and characteristics that lead to price appreciation.

Buyer's Rewards Program:

1. If you decide to sell your primary home within 12 months of purchasing it, then I still sell your home for free.

2. I will negotiate a home warranty for you, if I can't do that then I will pay for it myself.

3. After years of being in real estate, I have a number of recommended vendors I can refer out. You will have access to my portfolio of vendors.

4. I can generally negotiate closing cost assistance for my buyer clients.

I specialize in Marketing properties and incorporate many of the same tactics Fortune 500 companies employ when advertising new productions to the market. Sure my cost to adverise is much less, but the marketing process is the same.

My goal is to market your home through every marketing medium available and it has produced tremendous results for my sellers. Infact, the results have been great. On Cancelled and Expired listings alone, I have sold 26 expired/cancelled listings that had previously sat on the market and failed to sell with different realtors. In other words, I've taken homes that had sat on the market for 12-18 months and sold them collectively under a average of 51 days. My Marketing Plan Works!

Over the top GREAT GUY. I worked with Mike on 2 different occasions. The first time I was unable to purchase the home due to personal reason. When I was really ready to buy I already knew who I was going to get as my realtor. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Plano, TX.

Plano is an extremely competitive sellers market. Mike guided us on the purchase of our first home from the initial offer, later negotiations, and all the way through closing. I will definitely use Mike again in the future.

Bought a home in 2014 in Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX 75219.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable with the homes (mid-century and moderns) and communities that were at the top of my list.
