Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $325K in Broadview, Seattle, WA.

Summary:

I used Mike Satterlee's services twice. First, to sell my home in the Broadview area of Seattle. He was spot on with his suggestion for the list price. This was in Nov/Dec of 2006. The market had just started to flutter a little, but I had my buyer in about 2 weeks. About a year later, I used his services again when I was appointed executrix of my deceased neihbor. Her house was in poor condition and sold "as is". Thankfully Mike convinced me not to accept the first offer, which was very low. As I recall, it took about two months to sell. Considering the condition of the house, and the market, I was very pleased with Mike Satterlee's services and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $475K in Newcastle, WA.

Summary:

Mike has solid industry experience and knows what buyers should be looking for. He had answers to many common questions while we were going through the process and made the paperwork side of the transaction super easy with nearly everything being digital. He came on time to showings and one time even got to a listing early and called us to say that a short sell property was a disaster and to save our time and not even make the drive.
