We are very fortunate to have found Lily. We listed our townhome for short sale through her, and she was able to sell it quickly with an all cash offer! She worked directly with the bank to negotiate, and she had full understanding of the bank's system for handling short sales. Without her expertise, I honestly do not think the transaction would have been successful. She responded to any questions we had and walked us through the entire process.
