Sold a home in 2009.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in East Williston, NY.
In this volatile market, I was apprehensive to sell my home. Luckily we chose Mike Aversano, who came highly recommended by friends, to not only sell but purchase another home. He was on target with my needs and sensitive as to when I could show my home, being that I have 3 young children. Mike made this process painless and was able to find potential buyers immediately. He and his staff, were honest and professional throughout the whole process. Once our house was in contract, he had several homes for sale in the area to show us that "fit" our specific needs. Mike did not waste our time, dragging us around to open houses and was able to narrow down my search right away to find exactly what I was looking for. Found a tenant for a home.
Mike was very responsive to my questions and needs. He was nothing short of professional and respectful. Mike have a great grasp of the market and made himself available when I needed him.
